You have to pull the unlock button down and release it once the attachment is on. It will stay on like super locked
I think you have to push and turn to lock the attachment pieces in. I think it should say in the pamphlet or manual instructions or website. Also your hair came out beautiful. Dyson is a very good blow dryer.

You need to straight it first with the other things and then use the round one to style it the way u want it, after is straight so it would work smoothly and not pop out

I like the smoothing brush better than the round brush only because it faster for me to dry my hair with. I’m not good at round brushing. I’ve had mine almost 2 years. The more I use it the better I like it. Your hair came out beautiful 😍

It shouldn't be popping out. (I own one, lol) I don't think you have it clicked all the way down. It should never pop out. Also, your finger could be hitting the lock. Sidenote, I would never buy something that expensive from Amazon, there are always middlemen and dupes.
I thought the same thing until a Dyson representative says it’s defective. Also a few others experienced it as well but I’m glad yours wasn’t. Hopefully overtime it holds up.

It turned out beautiful. If you use a blow dryer brush that doesn't detach, trust me, it will be easier to use.

You would good much smoother, silkier results if you barrel and held the round brush at the root with tension then focus on the end

Curly and coily hair wetter hair better blowout results.if you need extra flat ironing your hair go lower settings 😅
Fren!!! This is giving salon silk press it’s giving everything! I need you to get my hair right like wowwww😍😍😍😍 but Uhhh why does it pop off though it’s such a nice blow out with that attachment but it makes it impossible to deal with when the attachments don’t stay on😩 but you atee down😍😍

i feel like they need you on their development team because for that pricepoint it shouldnt' be doing that ever. i'm wondering if it needs to be twisted to lock into place and have a manual lock to hold it in place.
