I have 25 hundred hours in TF2, I don't think I've seen that cow mangler taunt. At most I might've seen it like once? I wouldn't count on it though

Cowmangler and airstrike replaced the blackbox awhile back with the nerf.
My go to is always either
CM +
Conch and whip
Conch and equalizer
Batallion's and equalizer
And
Batallion's and marker gardener makes it a free gunboats lol
