i set mine up fine then wanted to share it with my wife so i used the Share it feature. She received the app and i set it up for her but when i did that, it deleted my feeder so now she has it and i dont. There is a mandatory purchase of icloud . otherwise you wont be able to use it even though it has a TF card
The manual says to set the motion light to come on, but I never did that because I figured it would scare the birds away. Honestly tho I don't think I saw a squirrel on my camera that I remember tho. It might just be my area tho, not a lot of trees around my home.
Do you have the solar panel plugged into the camera? Also, do you have the feeder oriented so that the solar panel gets plenty of sunshine? Also, if you sent an invitation to someone else to view it, and they are utilizing it, you may not be seeing an accurate charge % showing if you and the other viewer haven't both closed the app.
I noticed after posting this video that mine didnt do this as well. It randomly saves some but not all. I think its an app issue myself but I could be wrong. It is pretty far from my WiFi so it might be my WiFi.
Are you able to turn the camera on/off? No matter the position of the switch on the camera, I still get the video feed/notifications on the app, so it seems like it's permanently on
My power went off two weeks ago and now I cannot get the camera back online. I have tried all the reset methods but when I stick the pin in the hole, it touches nothing is there anyway that I could contact you? I am so upset about this as I love the camera.
check your phones brightness and also remove any screen protectors, that can sometimes block the scan. But outside of that, once the barcode is showing on the phone screen, just scan it with the camera and it should do the rest instantly.
I've had my feeder up since May and it worked well until July 11. But since I can see no playback. Bird detection and live stream still work. App is up to date and camera has been restarted. Any ideas why playback stopped working?

The sync is a hole on the top of the camera to the left of the power plug. Use the enclosed paper clip tool to do the reset. Push the clip in, count to 5, remove it. The camera should make a tone and light up.
Your instructions are not helpful. You tell us to switch it on yet you don’t show a close up on exactly how to do that. The instructions should say to remove the ope rubber protector. The instructions from the company are useless

can anyone help me with setting this up? the battery is fully charged and I downloaded the app but I do not get a blinking red light on the camera and it will not pair with my blue tooth. the directions say there is a re-set button but there really is no button to press. I do have the correct GHz.

The material used in the feeder is cheep, brittle polystyrene. Mine came with the base broken where the right side of the metal perch attached to the feeder. Should have purchased a metal feeder. The app has a low rating, and the AI is only about 50% accurate. The manual is terrible.
Another viewer said the TF card doesn’t work. They stated you MUST purchase the cloud. Not sure! The manual said maximum of 128MB SD card. Also, THE CARD MUST BE INSERTED WITH THE POWER OFF! The camera may not recognize the card otherwise!

How do you prevent squirrels from eating all the bird seed with the mount on a fence or tree?

The only thing I can think of is if you able to mount it on a metal pole that the mouse cant climb... but I feel like that could even climb that lol.

Have you gotten the automations to work? I’m trying to have the siren go off at nights when raccoons mess with it, but nothings working.
Do you know if this feeder is capable of streaming to CZcams? I can't seem to find or figure out what the rtsp address is. Or even if there is one.
No, I dont recall any settings for that or any mention from the company about that.

All I had to do was point my cell phone up to the camera!!!!!!!!!! I kept thinking I had to point the QR code to the camera.

Sadly I think so. I don't recall being able to remove the camera.
You can just take the camera unit inside to recharge it.
You can take the camera out.. there’s a screw with a piece of plastic on the backside of the camera. This review isn’t very helpful

Ours worked for 2 weeks, battery died solar panel did not charge, and battery won't charge, been on charger for 3 days, it's at 4% and won't move
I synchronized again the camera and repeated the installation and now my motion sensor is working well.

Same issue here. It will not show up on the Bluetooth list so it isn’t pairing. Really frustrating

I believe the reset button is a tiny hole that you need to press with like a paperclip that's near the SD card.
