Quili City Mall has really changed since I was workiny in KLCC in 2016. Used to get some brands like H&M and Aeon and united color of benetton. It 's pretty quiet now with lots of temporary local counter/shops run by Malay, offering budget friendly items.
Transport is easy here, but as an expat, currently not feeling the vibe. Almost bought a condo near quili city mall at 2016, think it was called the colony. Price at 1500psf, but bailed at last minute after paying the booking fee...
You mean The Colony and The Luxe? Which have duplex if not mistaken.
