    I have a labradoodle called Daisy and we got her when I was 7, I am now 15 and I can honestly say she is the best animal in the entire planet! I could not recommend labradoodles more highly. She is friendly so caring and loving and so clever, also unlike what is said in this video and by others in the comments she is so chilled out and just loves to be stroked and cuddled. She is so well behaved and you can even leave her in the house if you need to pop up of a bit and she will just lay in her bed and sleep! She is the best Dog and best friend I ever could have asked for and is always there for you, everyone should have a daisy in there life she has changed mine forever!

      Mine is the same! We have a large fenced in backyard for her to play in with our other big dogs ( collie, German Shepard, and a mutt ), but she would rather cuddle up inside. She does usually spend a few hours outside a day, as our big dogs go outside when it gets light out, and they come inside at night, but she comes in earlier because she’d rather be inside. Once she grew up out of being a puppy, she mellowed out a lot, and now she’s just a big cuddle bug.

    My 1.5 year old labradoodle is the best! She has been such a great addition to our family we got her when she was 8 weeks old. It has been so much fun training her and helping her become the best version of herself. She’s definitely a great companion. I like to run and she loves to run with me. She knows when I’m getting ready for a run because she’ll follow me all around the house until I put the leash on her. She’s the best running companion too. She’s great with the kids and super playful. We love her so much!

    I used to only like labradors, but this breed beats them in sociability. I met a labradoodle for only an hour, and he was so caring and intelligent that he watched me leaving from a window. When I returned, he ran to the window with excitement. I have never seen a breed by so interested in a person they have known for only a short time.

    Fortunately we have a half acre for Tristan to run. And he does. Now jumping fences. He is a medium size dog. 40+ lbs. extremely cleaver. Picked up language and requests very fast. Mischievous and very affectionate. Still tries to sit on my lap. Lays his head down on my lap and would stay there if I let him. Very high energy. Love to watch him run with his ears flying behind. Plays well with other dogs. He has friend next door. Also a doodle dog but not the same crazy energy. A walk is not enough for him at 20 months. Also likes to tease the other dog to chase him. Chases rabbits and squirrels for fun. Too easy to spoil him.

    • @juanzingarello4005
      @juanzingarello4005 Před 3 lety +4

      They probably do and get instantly adopted. Like a Toyota or Honda with low miles in pristine condition. Will end up in a used car dealer for as little as a couple days and will be gone. I know I don't like to compare dogs to cars but the point I was making is Labradoodles are high in demand and this is probably why you never see them. Pitbulls on the other hand, many people are wary of them because of their aggressive reputation and notoriously powerful bite. Though I have never met an aggressive pitbull. Most of the ones I know are very sweet and sociable dogs.

      Be careful and train not to jump. Tristan adores our granddaughters, but thinks they are toys. 4 and 6 years.He cries when they arrive and jumps on them. As a puppy he cried and peed on the floor out of excitement. Next time they came he ran by and as he passed them , stole their hats without stopping. My daughter in law roared with laughter. He jumped all over them. The next visit I was ready with a long leash to control him. The fact that he , she will know your daughter may be different. Tristan teases the other dog to get him to run and play. High prey drive.I found out too late that puppies are not to run and should be carried everywhere for the first 3 or 4 months to protect soft joints. Nor use the stairs.Not that I could have stopped him. Very high energy! A walk is not enough for these energetic dogs. They will steal your heart! By the by, he is on raw food diet and extremely fit. Need brushing ever second day. I have his hair and face cut short , less brushing. Found a tick on him.He will be 2 yrs in June. Read and watch training videos. Lots of good info on line. Do the research! Recommend Larry Krohn. Common sense re training.Good luck to you.

      Yes the stairs were a problem. Ok now. He would skip the last four stairs and jump and slide into the door jam. I am still working with him on minor behavior. My fourth dog. It took 2 years for every dog. All 3 dogs were rescued. Tristan is the first bred dog. Australian labradoodle . The former dogs were attached to me. Tristan is an equal opportunity dog. Extremely affectionate. Loves people.Presses his body into me and picks up new training easily. Doesn’t jump on me so will have to work with my granddaughters. Needs lots of exercises for stability. They need to run! What is yours like?
