Beautiful bike I'm trying to make a similar one. Where did you get your tires? I can't find any balloon board track style tires anymore. I have 26x2.125 rims and hope to find something with a similar tread. If you know of any or would be willing to even sell me a pair if you have any extra and they are the size I'm looking for I'm more then interested. Great build though very impressed.
C'est bien car on sent le respect de l'original, quant au moderne c'est bien camouflé, beau travail, si le son du moteur était un peu plus rauque, lent cela serait la cerise sur le gâteau.
the reason people are using the cheap chinese engines for these kinds of builds is they are the only readily available engines that are narrow enough to fit and line up with the pedal crank sprockets. the only other engine that even close is a 1940's era Briggs and Straton Y motor and they are next to impossible to find anymore. there is a guy in south america that makes bitchen BT replicas but to do so he has to build his own engines completely from scratch, most of us don't have that kind of skill set.....
Oh boy is that cheesy. A 48cc 2 stroke CHINESE bicycle engine kit, that cost under $200. All that metal (or what looks like metal) underneath the engine is just for looks. The actual engine is about the size of a weed eater engine.
"Replica" is the key word. I think its even cooler this way. Just for putting around and looking great. The appearance of alot of crankcase with a small head makes it look even more old school
Excellent work! One of the best replicas I have seen in a while.
Beautiful Work, Beautiful Ride.
Damned nice! Handlebars and tank especially!
Awesome build !
Love the jackshaft setup on this
Beautiful work
wow this looks almost the real deal man, this is amazing! great job! can you provide more detailed specs? 26 rim? tires? hub? frame? ... etc Thanks
love the bars!!!
where do you get a free wheeling pedal crank assembly like that?
Very nice!
Сапоги зачётные! (Creditable boots!)
how did you fabricate the gas tank
Does anyone know what tires he is running?
Can you please make a video on a quicker look at the bike?

I think those are Schwalbe Fat Frank tyres. They have vintage tread.
Zajebisty....
Well done on the bike, But that shirt being tucked in has got you looking L7 (square).

pk80
Wear any leather biker jackets??
Сюда бы Д5 и выхлоп от него же
To all the biters, remember. He built this for himself and not for you...
To all the "biters"?

Now put a carb tune and a scooter pipe and haul some major ass
whyd they use a pk80. Use a real racing engine like the one that crmachines makes. Or at least a gt5 racing engine
What
Why
shut up
Big shit 🤣🤣
Why would you spend all that time and money building a replica board track racer around a Chinese ring sing $100 engine?

Okay and? It’s built to have fun and built to look good. It does what it’s supposed to do so what’s the issue?
Get a better motor and throw that shit in the TRASH
Big kids mini bike.
