I own a 2015 mustang gt premium but I do have to say the eco boosts aren’t anything to play with they are just as good as the v8s imo and as fun to drive. V8s aren’t everything to everyone. Good video.

@@Sycfinn buddy a 2020 performance pack ecoboost is 4.5 seconds with the stick and 4.3 with the auto. The GT performance pack is 4.3 with the stick and 4.0 with auto.

@@DevinEMILE the ecoboost is the same exact car minus the engine. In canada a base GT starts at 42 k. The base performance pack is 46 k, the premium starts at 52 k and the premium performance starts at 58 k up to 62 k. The ecoboost starts at 32k and the performance package base ecoboost is 38500 k. The premium starts at 42 k. So you can get a base GT for 42 thousand with the 6 speed and the 3.15 gears with small screen and base rims and tires or you can get the performance pack ecoboost for 38 k with 6 speed 3.55 limited slip, RS focus engine, lightweight forged wheels, performance tires, active exhaust, and the performance visuals and extra car features with a 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds which actually beats the base GT. The base GT without performance pack is 4.8 for the 6 speed and 4.7 with the 10 speed auto. So so for 4500 dollars less you have a faster car thats better on gas and you still have 4500 of upgrades you can do to match the GT cost. Just with a stage 1 tune on the regular ecoboost youre at 405 hp and 455 ft lbs torque. The focus RS engine i have heard will get 450-460 hp and 455-465 ft lbs with a stage 1 93 octane tune. Just the regular ecoboost with stage 1 tune and no performance package at 405 hp will do 0-60 in 4.5 seconds and thats with no performance add ons. With a stage 1 tune the 2020 performance EcoBoost will be in the high 3.8 range with 6 speed and faster with the 10 speed. Dont knock the eco.

The LED headlights on the 18 are reason enough IMO to chose the 18 over the 15 -17. They are amazing. Other than that, there is the extra torque, better quality leather on the steering wheel, better cloth seats, and with the hood vents, way better styling IMO. For me, choosing the 18 over a 17 or 16 was a no brainer. Test drove a 17 and still loved it though.

To have a mustang ecoboost its so great for anybody, i like it so much , because you can unlocking the hidden power that is has , you can upgrade the 314 hp ecoboost to 400hp easily or little more with a big intercooler , air intake, downpipe , or a repro..., but i think with the 10 speed 2018 ecoboost its better and faster than 2017 "6 speed AUTOMATIC "( you have a mannual, so thats better for you because you dont depend of the transmission ) , in conclusion both cars are good , but a prefer 10 speed

I had a 2015 and do like thr front end better. Now I have a 2020 EcoBoost HPP with the A10 transmission. It is way faster than my 2015 was. 330 hp and 350 torque and has the 155 mph top speed like the 5.0 does. 0 to 60 in 4.5 seconds. The MSRP was $35k because of the HPP but I was able to get it brand new for $31k. A little more expensive than the regular EcoBoost but eith $5k worth of factory performance upgrades it is worth it in my opinion.

18' up actually comes stock with 30 FT/LB more and 10 HP more. If you get the 18 with 10 speed and performance package and then add the ford performance tune package (w/ intake and tune) and charge pipes with downpipe and res delete you will probably beat a good portion of GT's and 15-17 Eco's with same mods.

I own a ‘16 EB with 81k miles , been pumping 93 octane since day one of ownership ($5 more at the pump wont break my wallet) and in good temps (mid 70s F ) im doing 5.5 0-60 sec as per the built in track apps using a slight 1500 rpms launch... and 5.7 - secs without a launch.

Depend on how much you want to spend. it will be much cheaper to get the 2016.
The 2018 and 2019 are good options especially if you’re going for the 10 speed automatic, which has a 0-60 Of less than 5 second which is faster than some V8 (Challenger RT for example)
So it’s all depend on what you’re trying to do with it .
      But I’ll recommend to either get a 2016, 2017 or 2019
Stay away from the 2015 and the 2018.

Some people don't want a Mustang GT because it's too cliche. Some people prefer the mid range torque the ecoboost provides. There are many reasons why some people get the ecoboost instead of the GT and vice versa.
