I don't think that you had the hottest hot pot though, you weren't sweating and your mouth didn't appear number from the green peppercorns and chilli sauce. LOL. Real Chongqing hot pot comes with a case of beer that you have to regularly go to to quench your thirst! Truly an amazing city populated by amazing people.
It's not dusty, but foggy. Chongqing is a mountain city, locating at the junction of two big rivers, the Yangtze River and one of its branches, so the city is always foggy, and rains a lot. In summer, it's very hot in Chongqing.
