Perfect pancakes - BAKED PANCAKES - quick to prepare and are an ideal treat for children and adults

Greetings from The Fire Kitchen, today I share my favorite recipe for perfect pancakes. Baked pancakes are an ideal delicacy , whether they are sweet or salty .
Ingredients:
-for pancakes : 200gr soft flour (type 400), 2 dl milk, 1-2 dl sour water, 1 dl oil, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar
- jam of choice, 2 eggs, vanilla sugar, 200ml sweet sour cream
