Borders make me sweat with anxiety so I have been in search of a solid 'how to' video. Your blanket patterns are phenomenal, but without the border along with it, I struggle. Currently, I am looking for a simple and basic shell baby blanket and border pattern. Your Shells and Cords is beautiful and I have completed a swatch, but the mother to be is asking for shells only.

The puff stitch border is my favorite, but they are all so pretty! I think the dangling flower border would be fun on a little lovey blanket for a toddler to carry around. I can't wait to try these!

Could you please tell me the size hook you’re currently using for these borders? And what weight yarn for the flowers? I have tried repeatedly to make flowers and have not been successful. Thank you. You’re an awesome teacher btw.
In this demonstration I was using a crochet hook size G/6-4.00mm and a size 3 weight yarn. But definitely use the same size hook and yarn that you used in the inner body of your blanket if making this into a border. 😊🧶❤️
