Chocolate is good, Annette is good but Tarja and especially Floor are incredible talented singers who know how to sweep up a crowd. We forget Marko who too has an amazing vocal sound. Just listen to isäni ääni from his life outside Night Wish.

Great Band, they even survived changing vocalists over the years with great success! I always gonna miss the days with Tarja, but Nightwish continued moving forward giving us amazing music no matter what! Great playlist! thank you man!
What a wonderful mix. Many groups and composers would be very happy to work with Anette over 25 years. But to have BOTH Tarja AND Floor over that time, God smiles on Tuomas.
yes, each one adds something different. I was devastated when Tarja left, but all of them have their high points, and Tuomas, who is a genius, finds it.
@@silviahannak3213 I confess I cannot enjoy Annette's voice as much but Tuomas did a fantastic job of showcasing it and getting as much out of it as was possible. And I give kudos to her for stepping into awesome and legendary shoes and doing her best to make sure Nightwish continued to be Nightwish.
Yes, God granted Tuomas with talent as great as Beethoven's. Though I've heard that, like Beethoven, Tuomas had to suffer too. I would hate to go through those crucibles.

I have never liked it, in fact, nothing that the fat man with the broom hairs recorded with nightwish, I think it was tapio or talpio whiskas, if there was a version of The Pharaoh sails to Orion with marco instead of mr whiskas, devil & the deep dark ocean where marco sings, sounds incredible
Awesome compilation...Love it :) One thing that I wish Tuomas would do is to do an album of just new Symphonic classical music, with full chorales. we have heard his symphonic orchestral music on the albums, mixed with metal. I bet a full symphonic Classical album would make the Classical music world sit up & take notice & gain new fans for Nightwish:) \m/

I like the Female fronted Metal and Alternative bands more... but as long as the lady sounds like a lady, not a growler... No disrespect towards the lady that can growl... But there is something beautiful in the contrast of the distorted guitars and the tone of a proper Vocalist. May Nightwish continue to make such beautiful music.

Dużo frajdy daje słuchanie super efektów dźwiękowych, na wszelakich dętych instrumentach, są po prostu niesamowite wybitnie uczuciowe w dźwięku. Gitary były znakomite dynamiczne, solówki gitarowe były wybitne jak super ciężkie pociągi towarowe i wybitnie szybkie samoloty na ziemi i w kosmosie. Perkusja była bardzo bezpośrednia dynamiczna żywiołowa, ale również bardziej zbawienna dla wielu fanów takiej muzyki. Wokal jest donosny ciężki głośny zarówno kobiecy jak i męski, męski był wybitnie ostry rockowy wyrywny, a kobiecy miał przyjemny aksamitny i finezyjny przekaż muzyki. Mam jeden komplet tego zespołu na DVD i jestem zachwycony dźwiękiem i obrazem, wszystko jest wybitnie wykopane w kosmos.
After exceptional viewing and listening live, listening to such a studio album is something everyone should hear. In my opinion, the only band in the World that makes exceptional quality music and binds you to it with great interest and feelings!

Great list and my absolute compliments for your choosen songs, Pink Floyd and Nightwish are the best symphonic bands till now in rock history. Michal, unfortunately only 50 Nightwish songs. I miss my hidden favorite "Swanheart", a very underestimated Nightwish pearl song. My suggestion next time expanding this list to an epic more complete experience of 100 songs. Adding (combination of) Elvenjig and Elvenpath, Swanheart, The Pharaoh sails to Orion, Kinslayer, Romanticide, Sleepwalker, Moondance, Planet Hell, .... and so on. What about their cover songs Over the Hills and Far away, High Hopes, Walking in the Air, .... ? Last but not least do not forget adding the definite stunning Nightwish songs in Finnish language.
