Grabe naman ang presyo ng bahay na yan? 40 million.... sino man ang may 40 million, bibili na lang sila ng 1.2 acre na land, at sila na ang magpapatayo ng gusto nilang design. Sobrang laki, wala namang character ang loob.

Para sa mga nakakaalam, carabao grass ba yun naka tanim? Tinatanim ba ang carabao grass? Tumataas ba ang carabao grass na kailangan mong tabasin? Para lang napaka laking lupa ang nasasayang. Pwede siguro taniman pa ng ibang crops yan. Sana din hindi sinagad yung bahay sa pader sa likod. Napaka laki naman ng lupa sana hindi tinipid sa lupa yung actual na structures.

kung php2k for 11,700 sqm mga php23.4M ang lote so mga php17M yung structure sir, mukhang panapat lang naman siguro. siguro nung time ng construction nyan, baka sobra na yung php17M and that time hindi pa php2k per sqm, siguro panapat lang o tumubo pa rin naman yung owner....in fairness naman boss, maaliwalas yung bahay...sana sir kumpleto detalye, ilang po bang rooms yung main house? sana na tour nyo din yung isang bahay na may 2 bedroom....pero maganda naman sir...nice..
