- Did you know almost 75 out 100 complaints simply rejects at RBI banking ombudsmen. Lot of people don't understand the reason and proper rule and procedure. Please dont complaint directly to RBI . lodge complaint with your bank first then wait for their reply for some specified days (as discussed in this video) then lodge complaint with RBI.

Payment failed ho gya hai lekin Mera bank se amount cut liya hai .Paytm bol rahe hai bank se contact kare o sbi bank bol Raha hai Paytm se contact karne ke liye .

On 1st April I made a transaction of 11700 from my Sbi debit card through PayPal to an e-com website. I received all the confirmatory emails. It was a pending transaction and before the transaction was sent to the seller I requested cancellation and it was canceled by seller. I contacted PayPal customer care they said that transaction was canceled by the seller and the money should have been refunded to the debit card. So they told me to contact the bank for the refund. I contacted sbi customer care, they told to wait for 10 days and contact branch, I did send emails to the sbi branch but nobody replied. Then I pledged complain online but they didn't solved anything said change the category now I chose the category as they said but now they're saying complain couldn't be registered.
Can you please tell me what should I do

Agar aapko ATM se paise nai mile aur bank bhi aapki complaint ko reject kar rahi hai . to aap bank se likhit me le lijiye ki aapki complaint reject ho gyi h ...aur fir aap yeh complaint RBI banking ombudsman me kar sakte h ..complaint karte samay bank se mile written reply ko as a document attach kare..

25 August 2023 me mere canara bank ke account se 3 lakh rupees ka wrong RTGS yes bank me hua tha maine rbi ombudsman me complaint 23 october 2023 ko kar diyi thi leknin wo abhi tak under process me dikha raha he kya muje mera 3 lakh Rupees vapas milega ? Ya dub jayega
