I think the drummer’s name is Alex Bent. He used to play in a technical death metal band call Arkaik if I’m not mistaken. He’s such a beast. Very talented.

Woke up extra early for this album, got up immediately went onto spotify and typed Sin and the Sentence and BOOM! there it was, Love this album and I would have to say best album since Shogun!
After a bunch of disappointing new albums from other bands, Trivium not only delivers but gives me that fucking feeling I haven't had for so long when you discover a great record and rape the repeat button every day.

This is probably the best Trivium song ever. One of those songs that makes you want to grow a viking beard, go outside swinging a sword while drinking a bottle of Jack in one go before you go fight a wild bear butt naked. Continue up the mountain in your brand new bear coat while holding the bear's head in your hands on top of the mountain while roaring like a wild cave man. It's one of those songs, it's THAT good.

How cool to hear that Alex have joined the band in such and important moment in HIS carreer. You can tell he is a mature and consolidated player. He is a fuckin robot but with a fuckin groove-soul. As from now, every song of the album (I only have one to go) is really good, nothing bad to say and as a WHOLE is amazing, cool album.

Got the album a couple days ago been listening to this song repeatedly best of old and new Trivium.
I'm so happy for Trivium. They have always gotten a ton of harsh criticism but I think they really outdid themselves on this album. All around, people at enjoying it and I'm happy for them.

The music is VERY relatable.
And, it's very rare that such music will ever be created, that we may never experience anything like what has been drawn up here. To feel what we do when listening to this, we have to just listen again.

Thank you guys so much for this album. Best since Shogun for sure. A perfect blend of both old and new Trivium done so well. This is the album I've been waiting for since Shogun which is one of my favorite albums period! And do not and I repeat DO NOT get rid of this drummer.
I do not know what they were thinking when they made this album, but I guess it would be something like "guys, let's do the best we've done in our lives" and they did. It is the best so far and my favorite! The sin and the sentence possibly became the best album of this 2017 and of the entire Trivium race, it will be difficult to overcome this great work.
