For thecha-
1. 15-20 green chilly
2. 1 tbsp oil
3. 1 tsp cumin seeds
4. ¼ tsp turmeric powder
5. 1/8 tsp asafoetida
6. ½ cup roasted peanut
7. 1 tsp salt
8. 1 tbsp lemon juice
9. 1 cup coriander leaves with stem
For stuffing-
1. 2 boiled raw banana
2. ¼ cup chopped capsicum
3. ¼ cup chopped tomato
4. ¼ cup chopped coriander leaves
5. ½ tsp salt
6. ½ tsp chat masala powder
7. 1 tsp chilly flakes
8. 2-3 tsp thecha
9. 1 cheese cube
Assemble thecha pav-
1. Pav
2. Butter/ghee
3. Thecha
4. Stuffing
5. Cheese
6. Chilly flakes
7. Coriander leaves
