- As requested! Here's a cover of Truth Untold by BTS. I tried not to stray too far away from the literal translation but it was really hard. So I did change up a couple of things to fit. Marina Lin's cover is amazing too! Go check it out.
Also, in case some of you were wondering, no I did not use autotune (as evidenced by the flats in some parts) HAHA. This is just with reverb and some echo. I have nothing against autotune as it is needed to get the perfect vocals, but I don't use it, primarily because I don't know how to. Lol.
Anyway, this is such a good song, I couldn't help but do a cover of it. I too hope the boys see any of my covers! That would be soo amazing!

The TRUTH UNTOLD is based on La Citta Di Smeraldo.It's the story of a man who lived in a castle and kept to himself because he thought himself to be ugly.
One day,a woman came near his castle and picked his flowers.He was angry at first but eventually became curios and waited for her. He found out that she was actually selling those flowers for a living.The man fell in love but didn't want to show himself because he was "too ugly" (you know that I can't show you me,give you me).
So he decided to plant a flower that didn't exist on the planet so she could sell it at an expensive price.
Eventually he managed to fill his garden with them but the woman stop coming.He then learned that she died.That part where they sing, "but I still want you" is about him regretting not telling her his feelings all because he didn't love himself first.
It fits so well with "LOVE YOURSELF'CONCEPT".💜🔰

I remember listening to this on my way home from the hospital a few months ago after falling into a really bad depressive episode, then one late night i overdosed (suicide attempt) and the next day my grandma found me and had my mom take me to the ER . I listened to it while i was waiting to be seen and i almost broke down in tears . The doctor said if i would have taken anymore pills there wouldnt have been a waking me up. I found bts at a time when i needed it most and im so grateful for them , the 27th will be 2 months since the attempt ❤️. I remembered having this on replay on the way home and while i was sleeping that night . And on the way to school the next day i was listening to it . I had my headphones in when my friends saw me and they just hugged me and we all cried . Im forever grateful for everyone now . I LOVE YOU BTS AND I LOVE YOU ARMY also good job on the cover ❤️

Ive been to the hospital too, for the same reason except ive never attempted suicide, the school seen the cuts on my arms and I was sent to the hospital and I was going to have to spend 3 days there but it was either that or counseling. This hurts so much.. at school I would be a different person.. a person that tries to fit in..
I was a little girl who was 5-12 years old, was a quiet shy girl. A girl who always didn't want any problems with anyone. A girl that didn't talk, didn't get into people's business only when she sees people crying or not having a good day she would try to talk with them.. she would smile to make people think she is never sad. Sometimes she would not hold it anymore and would cry when someone shouts at her. She tries to hold it.. but sometimes she can't hold it anymore. She knew she was useless to help.
I am always insecure about herself even tho some people tell me I am beautiful but I still have that insecurity.
I am a slow reader.. people would stare at me with a disgust face or sometimes even do rumors because of my reading level.. my way of talking is like I don't know how to say it.. I sometimes can stutter or sometimes say the words wrong.. I am 15 years old. I still feel like I'm not good for anyone.. I feel afraid that my friends will leave me, afraid to be bullied (I never been bullied) but I am scared to some day someone attacking me.. I am a student who works hard.. my grades are mostly A's and B's (100%-89%)
It hurts to be feeling insecure. I always ask myself why can't be like others?.. why can't I just be myself. I always see those popular people always having fun, they already have their couples, they might be popular but they are also smart. When they do a presentation they do it like if it was easy.. while with me I get nervous and my hands start to sweat and I start to stutter a little bit.. people just look at me, I get so nervous because I knew that I would make a mistake.. I HATE IT. I need to hide always.. I'm afraid of the people who I trust leave me because of me BEING myself..
It hurts so much. Being a kind, trying to fit in, trying to act like I'm never hurt, worrying person is just so hard to even explain how I'm feeling sometimes..
This is why I don't talk about my life with no one..

I understand your feelings. The pressure of trying to fit in , to seem normal, to seem like everybody else. But we cant let our lives be defined by just that. We r much more than that. You are you which nobody can be. I also struggle while showing my deepest emotions but accepting myself for who I am has really helped. I hope you also accept that we dont always need to fit in, we are born to be different and dont underestimate yourself and treat yourself bad because of it cuz in the end, only we will be with ourselves, only we will completely know ourselves and nobody else. I hope u have a great life ahead.
