  • In this video I talk about a very simple and efficient method which you can use to come off your psychiatric medications with least amount of effort. The thing that makes this method very effective is that you can easily fine tune this yourself depending on your needs.
I also suggest you attend Inner engineering or do Isha kriya while doing so as it will aid you in this process. Links below

Can Flutop la DR 90mg be reduced?Female, 18My sister was first diagonised with somatic disorder and doctor had prescribed flutop la 90mg, olzapine 2.5mg and diva od 500mg one each per day but even after being fine for almost 6 months she got panic attack once on 2021 jan and after that the divaa od 500mg was given twice a day for 15days. From 25th February till July 10 2021 she was again normal but suddenly she has her episode back . She is still on medication one each everyday,. What should we do now? My concern is the Fluoxetine delayed release tablet 90mg once a day is safe or not. Or we need to reduce the doses..

And It's very true in what you said,it's very difficult to find a good psycatrist , they just want people to come back to them for repeated consultancy ...!!!

Fantastic video! I was expecting another video that gives the same misinformation around SSRIs ("they're wonder drugs!") or the chemical imbalance theory ("Like diabetics need insulin, depressed/neurotic people need an SSRI"). True healing doesn't come from psych drugs and true happiness doesn't come from any kind of drug.
I believe psych meds disconnect us from ourselves. If we're in a lot of pain, that disconnection can be incredibly beneficial in the short term. But long-term disconnection with yourself and others leads to a zombie-like state. You're "alive" but you're not really living.
I'm now almost a year into tapering off 40mg of Paxil/paroxetine. I'm now down to 10mg and am continuing to taper. This journey has been life changing, difficult, and incredibly eye-opening.
Never again will I allow a psychiatrist (or anyone) to dictate how I'm supposed to feel. Never again will I outsource that responsibility. I was put on an SSRI at age 10 and I'm now 33. These drugs are over-prescribed, dangerous, and are in the control of doctors who barely have an understanding of how they work or what they feel like.

I’ve been on Effexor 300mg, Limictal 300. I stopped Vraylar 1.5 a week or two ago. I’m a little manic now. Here’s the problem, I’m honest with my psychiatrist. She knows I’m an addict. I told her I do LSD two times a month. Sometimes Xanax at bedtime bc I do not sleep! If I’m going to do something of importance, I’ll do adderal. Long story short. She’s talking to boss about closing my case. Like I’m a day or two. “Im a liability” she wants me to go to long term rehab which is a big NO! I took 150mg yesterday and today of the Limictal and Effexor to try to prepare. This happened to me before and it got extremely bad! I’m very very scared. Not sure what to do or what I can do!

@@shyaaammeneen63 thank you. I was a massage therapist for 15+ years. I’m really into meditation and grounding myself.
See, my issue is this. I had a psychiatrist who I told maybe 6 months ago I wanted to be weened off I don’t like what I’ve been learning about them. She told me to think of it as me being a diabetic and needing insulin the rest of my life. I told her insulin doesn’t give you dimentia and make you go crazy when you don’t have it.
We ended up arguing and she closed my case. I was in and out of urgent cares for 3 months until I finally got an appointment with a new dr. She tells me the same thing, “I need to stay on them”
The reason I don’t just stop is bc prior to these two drs, I had my first psychiatrist. She decided to walk out one day and no refills for anyone. One patient blew his head off. I ended up smoking crackers and doing heroin for a few years .?I hate these so much and want to be off them so bad! Idk what to do. Any suggestions?

I so badly want to wake up and never touch another medication in my life and just deal with the depression and anxiety until my brain hopefully learns to deal with situations without breaking down completely. I have to hope that there is hope . I just have to. This can’t be my life. I know God doesn’t want this for me. I trust him to guide me out of this dumb stupid maddening situation!

Over 8 years ago, I was prescribed xanax for my anxiety and ptsd…I didn’t know back then, what I know now. New psychiatrist is no longer prescribing it for anyone! This is dangerous and very inhumane. As this type of medicine is very difficult to come off of. It needs to be titrated down very slowly. Do you have a video or info on this specific type of medication, that shows the safe, and slow tapering of benzodiazepines? Thank you 🙏🏻 so much.
