OMG thank you for this video I tried installing it myself this morning but never did this in my life, and didn't understand to screw the small ball into the open faucet head first (duh!) I l thought I bought the wrong size and had to replace it, but THANKFULLY I may not need to do that anymore so I'll try again next week when I return home. SIGH! Really wanted to shower with it today but threw in the towel too early. Wish I saw this video sooner =(
Thank you, we didn’t take the washers out, so it didn’t work the first time. We took out 3 old washers from the short pipe. 😮🤪

Mines stays loose and the water goes out on the back
I had to return one of it due to water goes toward the back of the shower head on that circle dot. If yours is loose then you will need to tighten up more.

I can't seem to get that ball to connect to the shower neck in my apartment. Show I replace the neck coming out of the wall?
Which way did you try to turn the nut to tighten up the ball? It should be easy if not force or try to turn the opposite direction to see if you can get it on.

How do you remove the water restrictor from this model? I got the exact same one from Costco and have tried to take out what I think is the restrictor but it won't come out without me forcing it, and I don't want to break it.
I think you can remove the water restrictor out(plastic part).
