Thanks for making this video! If I didn’t see this then I wouldn’t have gotten same grill from the website. The first grill I had ordered didn’t have all the hardware and all the taps wasn’t in good condition because they all broke. But the one in the video did have all the hardware like you said and everything worked out great!! Thanks again keep up the good work buddy!

That did enhance the look of the front-end of your F- 150 from what it was before. Gives it that beefy feel at least. I've got an F- 150, but mine is the 2010 Gen 1 Raptor SVT with the wide curved grill. I love the big wide beefy grills better than those newer Gen 2's. But a Raptor is a Raptor is a Raptor....I call these regular F 150's Fraptors (fake Raptors) because they make me think they are Raptors every time I see them at night lol. Fords rule!❤

Hey, just wondering how the led lights are holding up for you? I am about to do an install and was curious if the wires would need load resistors as it seems most led lights wouldn't be able to handle a 12v.. Thanks
Thanks for the vid! Watched another one and they did everything but the wiring, which is what I needed. Love the tapping idea. Whoever had the truck before me ran the red wire straight into the fuse box. No idea where they had the black wire going cuz it was just dangling down. Your way works great but I went straight to the headlight wires as there were easier to get to. Hopefully that's not too much voltage? I guess I'll find out if the LEDs burn out.

What kind of wire taps did you use please?
Mines got quite a gap on the bottom. Big enough to reach in with my hand and grab the hood latch release. Website said it was for 2009-2014 f150 which is what I needed. Should I try a different one?

The link for the grill in the description takes you to a replacement grill that doesn’t come with the letters F and R. You should probably change it
Where do we get the grill that comes with the letters?
Ford complained that "Ford" is copyright, so most vendors can't sell the F and the R. Not sure where to get replacement letters (F and R).@@Osobear14
My truck is missing that lower bracket you take off. Do you know what it’s called and what holds it in place to the factory grille.
best advice. go to a junk yard and find one. it will save you so much money and time.

Hey man where did you get your F and R letters? I preferred this grill because of your video liked it as well but noticed the grill does not bring the letters. I ordered F & R letters but they do not fit. Can you let us know where you bought yours at?

Where do you get the extra letters to go with it?
They come with the grill he posted in the link. They can't be installed before you buy it for copyright reasons. So they send the F and R with the grill, that way you spell it out and not them. Stupid I know, but easily avoids copyright infringement by spelling FORD

That's outstanding. It's cool that you make fun of people that enjoy the look of your truck. That show a lot of maturity. It's just truck mods. People are having fun with THEIR truck.
A lot of people like me really like the Raptor grill but don't like the Raptor. It is just to bling bling for me, the bed is too short, I don't need a fast engine and if I want real off-road, I'll take my CJ.

@@government_is_violence It's just a grill. And who said the Raptor is the best truck to have? I ordered my 2014 XLT brand new. I got the XLT because I didn't want a bunch of fancy crap on it. The Raptor looks goofy to me. I just happen to like that style of grill better than the chrome grill my XLT came with.
