Man you did not need that little blow torch lol , you should've put the cheese on the patties when they where still on the stove . And you should've toasted the buns over the grittle. Burgers look good though

Hamburgers do NOT need an egg. So weird. And mixing the meat that much causes them to be rather tough. And make the paties thinner as they plump up while cooking. And you actually want them on a higher heat so the outside gets nice and cooked while the inside stays pink and moist. Only way to eat a burger. Watching you squish them is cringy.....never do that!!

That's how I make my meatloaf so l know it will be juicy love bacon on a burger 🍔
