    This isn’t the video you would watch if you’re seeking for detailed info about nursing salaries here in the US. This is more about his personal tour experience in the US which is 90% of the whole content but the title of the video states otherwise.

      @The Nurse Photographer yah i agree! Depend on your choice of how you create wealth. Ibaiba priorities & goals bawat isa. Meron jan malaki sweldo malakas din gumastus, merin din iba priority nila is to help family so they send money forever parang forever responsibility atbp life situation.
      Sa kin lang save & save while kumikita value the money you earned ksi di natin alam bka one day we get sick matigil sa trabajo so life is very unpridictable.

      @@mamalouparker7880 Totoo yan mam! Yang "bka one day we get sick matigil" kaya it's better talaga to be prepared prior. Bilib rin ako sa culture natin na talagang papadala ng money back to Pinas. It's an asian thing rin pala no? kasi sa ibang Asian countries, ginagawa rin pala nila. Thank you po for your inputs.

    • @NursePhotographer
      @NursePhotographer  Před 2 lety +1

      Bro pag nag apply tayo sa employer hinahanapan tayo ng experience sa Pinas pero regardless kung ilang years na, pag pasok or start natin sa states ay "new grad" ang simula natin. Pero based sa mga nakausap ko na nakatapos na ng contract nila sa employer nila, nung nag hanap na sila ng trabaho sa ibang hospital is sinama na yung experience nila sa Pinas at dun na nbased yung salary nila. ayan pre. - depende parin siguro yan kung saan tayo nag apply, bro.
      Good luck pre!

    hello can I ask some advise , I'm a physical therapist by profession , working before in Saudi Arabia , i went back here in the Philippines year 2015 , I entered into a rental business short term like airbnb and long term rentals. I went to bankruptcy during pandemic and until now I'm still paying the debt that I incurred.
    I'm thinking to enroll in a nursing program in one school that has a special program for second courser like me that will be finished in 2 years time I'm 43 years old and do you think still worth to take up nursing at my age ? thanks

    • @NursePhotographer
      @NursePhotographer  Před rokem +2

      Definitely yeah! There are a lot of business people/doctors/engineers that even took nursing because they want to migrate and some even took the nclex in their late 40s and early 50s then migrate to the US.
      Though it really depends upon your goals in life.

    Sir ask ko lang po para sa katulad kong walang recent bedside experience at may long gap na 10yrs sa last bedside exp, after ng NCLEX, kailangan ko ba bumalik sa bedside para mkahanap ng employer either direct hire or agency?

    • @NursePhotographer
      @NursePhotographer  Před 2 lety +5

      apir tol same tayo pero di naman ako abot 10years pre. Ang choice pag wala recent bedside is usually mga Long term care (LTAC) or Skilled nursing facility (SNF). you just have to find employers bro. meron at meron yan tatanggap, malabo lang kung hospital pa hanap mo. try to apply to as many employers bro. basta naka nclex ka na meron kukuha nyan! Although good rin kung balik bedside ka kahit 6months lang para atleast mafamilliarize ka. Pero again sabi ng ibang nakarating dun, hindi na daw need kasi may training rin naman dun. iba iba opinion bro. gluck!
