I am a big Elvis Presley fan, even that i whas 7 years old when hé died. Everybody in our family are big fan and i take love even too day i play every day a few songs in the mix with metal music and jazz/blues music. Greetings from the Netherlands

I've never been a huge fan of ELO but I must admit the songs I know, I really like! 👍
Cool video I'm a big fan of vinyl got a few cool ELO LP's plus 1970s 12 inch single with Showdown and Roll over Beethoven on it .Dairy of Horace Wimp is the Discovery album great track .I've been an elo fan since the 70s .all the best Pete
The Kinks Journey 1 and 2 are excellent. Have the CDs, where they score above other hits compilations are the deep cuts, great stuff.

Well, it has been absolutely ages since I commented, but I am glad to see you're great Stripey. Love the collection of records as always. A New World Record is my main favourite ELO album, but Out of the Blue is another awesome album.

I bought a few Tom Waits remixes but went for black vinyl as I had read a few reports on the coloured vinyl having quite a few pops and crackles.

Nice one fella, that Rock and Roll Swindle is the second version of the album, it doesn't have "Watcha gonna do about it" but credits it on the sleeve, think it plays a different version of God save the Queen too.
Thats not Soo Catwoman as she wanted nothing to do with the film, that's Judy Croll..........Look after yourself too Stripey 🙂

Entertaining video Stripey! Im surprised your ELO record is missing Horace Wimp. I have the same album on CD which includes it. I guess each format has a different tracklisting.
Yeah, it's a bummer that it's not on the record, but I'm chuffed to have some ELO on record to play properly 😀

Your enthusiasm in your Tom Waits videos introduced me to Tom, and I'm still enjoying his music.
The Journey by The Kinks is a great compilation, as is part II.
The ELO picture disc looks awesome. It deserves being framed.
An Introduction to Syd Barrett is a superb album to get to know Syd's influence on the early Pink Floyd and his solo albums.
I bought that album a few years ago at Discogs in mint condition.
Next week Saturday I am going to a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute band, The Fortunate Sons with my son. CCR is his favourite band. Some good rocking.

Hey Stripey, as I live in Leigh I know record exchange well, and no bullshit I have a genuine GSTQ Sex Pistols on A&M, has the serrated edge outside the label and AMS 7284 B1 scratched twice on the B side which is the Dave Goodman produced No Feeling track, fakes do not have the serrated edge or the cocked up run out groove scratch, also have the correct A&M sleeve with the italic style A&M RECORDS writing on it, one recently sold for £16,500 at Omega Auctions!
That's a rare one, fella. I used to have loads of Pistol singles, but nothing that rare. Nice one, pal 👍
I've got the Kinks journey 1 & 2 good recordings, some in mono. Good value for money.

That's the deadly thing about a vinyl shop, always go in with the best intentions, to 'have a look', end up spending a fortune😂. The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle is a lovely vinyl..

Hey stripey love your videos, totally agree with your thoughts on the new Beatles red and blue they arnt even in chronological order and no real love and free as a bird, and no triple gatefold, think I’ll pass seems like a cash in to me, are you still smoke free? Any tips I’m trying myself 🚬🚫

Hi there , I recommend you take the double picture discs of ELO out of their pvc covers , because pvc covers ruins vinyl .
