CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE ALA CHIPS AHOY!

yield: cookie dough= 1450 grams
I- divide kung anong size ang gusto.
mini ang ginawa ko po at binilog ko ng 15 grams kaya maglakaroon ng 194-196 pcs.
tikman niyo po siya kapag malamig na, kapag mainit po ay talagang matamis siya sa panlasa.
baking time and temp. 180°C for strictly 7-8 minutes. huwag muna galawin pag ka ahon kasi malambot pa po talaga
May I add din na kunh ayaw mo ng moist sa gitna na cookies ay ibake no siya ng 20-25 minutes para mahing katulad naman ng chips ahoy na malulutong at crumbly ang texture😉

2 tbsp. bread flour/first class(20 grams)- 0.72
1/2 tsp. salt- 0.10
3 tsp. baking powder calumet (15 grams)-3.00
1 tsp. baking soda (6 grams)- 0.10
2 cups chocolate chips (340 grams)- 152.50 (1019 per 2kg.)
2 tsp. kapeng barako - 8.00
1/2 cup powdered milk (60 grams)- 9.00
2 large eggs (150 grams)- 14.00
225 grams (1 bar) butter- 40.00

Kagagawa ko lang nito. Wow! Perfect circles ng cookies. Saktong sakto yung 15 g para sa matakaw kong anak. :) after following various recipes, i could say na ito yung nagwork sa akin in terms of pagiging madaling gawin kc hindi malagkit yung batter. Masarap po yung cookie dough tamang-tama lang, hindi ganun katamis. Medyo tumamis lang masyado nung may choco chips na. Kaya siguro either babawasan ko yung choco chips or papalitan ko ng dark chocolate. Suggestion po pala. Levain Bakery cookies na sikat sa US. May nuts syang kasama. Sana makagawa ka. 😁

This is do gud, putting the powderd milk is worth to try. The coffee will not taste on the cookie after baking it, but the milk will! The so saying it being crumbly is true! I tried this w/ margarine and butter and i must say it is okay. For fellow watchers there that are having 2nd doubt about making this, it is worth it to try!
