That 'doom-loop' negativity in 2005-2009 was hard to break through. I got sucked into it even though I consciously knew better. Beliefs (self talk) is what controls everything. Earl Nightengale "The Strangest Secret".

It strikes me that now is the best time to learn an industry like real estate because you can learn it during the slow time and be geared up to go when it picks up again. Meanwhile the people who were big players the last up cycle might be moving on right now to find more current area to work in. Thoughts on this? Do you find that you always have to pay for your accountability partners? When first starting out I find its really hard to use friends as a accountability partner. People who commit to their goal in front of another person are 65 percent more likely to achieve it. Thanks for sharing
And as soon as you stop paying for them. Their service is over. This is why all advice is not good advice. You should never have to pay for friends or accountability partners. I can under a professional service as an attorney accountant etc. They help with accountability and compliance. But the days are over paying for God's wisdom. A word to the wise only invest in knowledge that has to do professions and careers. Never igive people money for God's wisdom. This is called pimping people. God is not a pimp. People are. Distinguish what to pay for and what not to pay for. Friends and accountability partners you should never have to pay for. Don't allow someone else greed and gainsay rob you. Realize some things you pay for. Some things you don't.

What strikes me is that people of this level of accomplishment still think about productivity, talk to each other about accountability, etc. I thought things like that would have been sorted out a long time prior to becoming rich and successful. Seems like it's a lifetime-long struggle...
Lol not a life long struggle. It’s a life long journey if growth. If you don’t keep doing the things that got you to the dance (success) and keep improving you won’t maintain , also he’s doing this to help people. Giving free info and mentoring. I would check my attitude if I were you. It’s likely holding you back. I check mine regularly, start with gratitude
