I parked at Deep Creek road and Pack Memorial Trail, you can park there. Cross deep creek road to go over the water crossing, head up Pack Memorial Trail and it takes up to Big Bear 🤟🏼

We parked on Deep Creek road in Hesperia, we went up to Big Bear from there and over to the creek. Definitely cool spot 👍🏼
