Wow!! Billie was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE (Especially considering this was her first real acting role) I mean, it felt SO real.. She's so connected to her character and even more connected to Dominique's character, Dre.. I could seriously watch this scene over and over! PHENOMENAL!
What do you guys think Dre's dreams are about? Was it a flashback from her therapy with Eva, which she did not remember afterwards? There was a scene where Eva wanted to give Dre tea but she said she didn't want it, then Eva ignored it and had one of the girls brew tea (drugs?) When Eva said about her sister's boyfriend, Dre said she never told her about it, so maybe like in "midsommar" they gave her some drugs, that would explain her memory loss. And I'm still puzzled by her bruise on her face. Eva said she "fell" (Of course, she doesn't remember it either) and in her dream Nijah hit her with a frying pan. Interestingly Nijah's voice was Billie's. Maybe Eva hit her to mark her with the mark of Cain as an allusion to her murders?
No she didn’t! Eva was trying to control her like the rest of the girls! I swear if it was any other actress other than Billie fucking Eilish this character would be frowned upon, but since it’s Billie yall wanna try to make her look like a good person. She stole her phone while she was sleeping, looked through it, and when Dre wanted to leave she told her that they knew EVERYTHING about her, in a threatening (we know your serial killer) way, and tried to force her to stay by making a blockade around her car. She was manipulative and evil. You people need to understand that just because it’s Billie Eilish, an artist you love, that doesn’t mean she can’t play a villain in a TV show. Your missing the point of her entire character. She shows sympathy and says your her “friend from day one” but that’s just MANIPULATION. “Did you hurt someone” Eva “Yes” Dre “Very good” with a big smile, even though she was smiling the entire scene like a CREEP. Even knowing that Ni’Jah is her favorite person in the world.. she uses that to her advantage, “Your a warrior.. just like Ni’Jah” She’s only saying that because she knows that Ni’jah is her weakness and she wants to make her feel special by exploiting this mentally ill persons obsession.
Really Eva wanted to redirect her devotion away from Ni’Jah and to the cult. So she didn’t want to help her necessarily, she wanted the power of Dre’s devotion
@@merlinho0t help I never saw Billie's character as manipulative or evil, i honestly thought she wanted the best for Drea, and I'm so surprised her character is being perceived that way, I guess I just saw it completely different because Drea was the unhinged one, and didn't think of the behaviors of Billie's character as to be that bad, since Drea was a serial killer, I honestly thought Billie's character was just a chill hippie who didn't care for anyone's past and just wanted to heal them like mother gospel, I completely saw her as that way, as a student counselor who was safe to say anything too, I'm really surprised that the character was supposed to be manipulative and evil, I guess Billie is that good at acting, because she had me fooled
