You're going to love the Punisher game. I wish they will get the Predator game as well, that is also a lot of fun.
They should’ve been released AVP!!!!!!! Period
They allowed this game to come out NOW; is because Marvel is trying to market their brand in a better direction; in a way that is reminicent of OLD TIMES. X-men 97 was part of that iniative, as well as this Dead Pool and Wolverine Movie. This game exisits as a marketing tool for them; but in this case, it really was in our favor.
Because people made it loud and clear they want to buy these games. There is no other reason.

They made these games for every generation from the Saturn PS1 then PS2 original Xbox Dreamcast PS3 Xbox 360 digital PS4 now but for the first time skipping Xbox putting it on the Nintendo Switch it may of not gotten physical copies on every console but digital was there you just needed to buy them I’m sure they will be going on PS5 when PS6 is here what hasn’t been on consoles is the punisher that was on Sega Genesis you could of bought with arcade 1 up

A buddy of mine back in the day told me a story about a dude going into an electronic gaming company office to pitch an idea. My friend was a programmer so I had no reason not to believe him. He mentioned a guy came to a big exec pitched capcom versus marvel. The executive turns the dude down but later pitched the idea to his higher ups as well as capcom and marvel. My friend at the end said what a d__b a$$!

Is it really a physical copy though? I’m old and have been down this road before with the xbox360/ps3 “physical” mvc2 release. It was an Xbox or ps3 game box with a download code inside. I’d be really shocked if they actually provide an actual physical copy
It would be cool if all pre orders of this game could come with two wireless arcade sticks that would work for the Nintendo switch console and the PlayStation console that would work for these products
The game is coming out in 12-31-24 and there's seven different games in one disc and the game is for the Playstation 4 and 5 and switch and PC 🖥 and the collection will do every well in sales and and the collection is sweet for the marvel and capcom fans and yes there will be a physical copy is coming and marvel vs capcom 2 is free for the Playstation 4 and 5 and switch and PC 🖥 and THE PUNISHER IS IN THE COLLECTION AND PLEASE REMEMBER THE GAME IS COMING OUT IN 12-31-24 OK THANKS ENJOY THE GAME 🎮.

A lot of people wanted that punisher game. Arcade 1 up folks refised to buy the most recent X-men 97 re skin because they took out that punisher game out. This is the first time that arcade game has ever been ported to modern consoles. It only got a watered down sega Genesis port. As a big punisher fan I love that they included it. So yah alot of people are glad they included this instead of the war of thr gems crappy snes game they included into the xmen 97 arcade 1 up reskin. Its a really great beat em up. My two favorite gems on this collection is Xmen vs Steet fighter and the punisher. So cant wait to get my copy for the switch.

I remember the 1st time i saw mvc. it was the final day of school and the 8th graders brought there 360 in and were playing MvC3, didnt get to play it but that was my 1st exposure to the franchise

@@WarrenGdog28 the city was kind of hard to get the rights to make this collection for the marvel versus games is because Disney was being too stuck up and they want it way too much money to license some games that they didn't even own they only owned the characters but they couldn't re-release the game without Disney's permission because their characters are in the game

Hey, allow me to save you the headache but all the “physical” will give you is a “collectors edition”of box art and inside will be a download code. You’ll just end up with 4 digital codes, Which you could hang onto and sell once they inevitably remove the ability to buy from PlayStation, Nintendo, or xbox online. I remember being disappointed with my “physical” ps3 copy of mvc2. Even though it was pulled from the ps3 store I can still redownload it using that particular PSN account.
The only thing I'm interested buying and owning from Disney is The Deadpool & Wolverine movie, and MvC Fighting Collection. After that I'm no longer interested in buying anything from Disney until if thery make MvC 4.
