Thank you for posting! I was wondering about how to fertilize properly.
I've got two 4 foot by 15 foot beds, tilled once with the tractor, once with the roto-tiller. I raked the soil level and sewed the flax with my fertilizer pellets so I could see where I was casting the seed, then lightly harrowed the beds. Flax is now about 3 inches tall - however, I still have weeds (particularly pigweed) that need to be removed whenever it isn't raining every day. Could you give us some tips on how to remove weeds while not pulling out all the flax seedlings? Also, is there any chance we might get to see your lovely flax go from plant to garment? Between last year's crop and this year's crop, I'm hoping to have enough linen to start weaving my viking tunic. I love your videos, they've been very helpful. 🤗💖
