    The founder of Good Chance Popiah was a reporter and coach of the Singapore National Basketball team.
    In spite of a non-culinary background, he took over the art of making popiah from his parents passed it on to his grandson. Today, we are fortunate to be able to enjoy the taste of their legacy of nearly 30 years.

    It pains me to see they need to use 4 plastic small containers for the pai tee 's condiments... can't they use mini plates?

      Very delicate
