Great music on a great organ, far better than what Litaize had in his time. This has to be played more frequently, strange period of neo-classicism with great works by Litaize, Peeters, Fleury... I love it.

Just to point out, this is a postwar Walcker (note the K!). Not to be confused with J. W. Walker & Sons, the English firm who have built organs in Germany since the 19th century, nor with the Walker Technical Company in the USA, who build very high-quality digital organs.

Organists and lovers of the organ and its music love to have the specification to see - so annoying when that doesn't happen!

I think it's in organ music where modernism has caused the greatest damage...
04:51 Until the end, it is the most emotional moment ... you close your eyes and imagine a great cockroach that jumps through the keyboards, fleeing from the strokes of the interpreter.
