@@hejhejaske I think what the mean is that with smaller categories the base kits tend to be crazy to compensate for how much the team needs to be dragged up, so when the EZAs come out like this time, you can instantly make a team competitive because there’s 2-3 things in the base kit already that were crazy and you just need to update stats and other things for 2024 content

All the Super EZAs have been amazing. This year has been so good ever since the anniversary started they haven't had almost any fails other than maybe some forgettable EZAs and Goku Black Rose

That first turn with BBB, his defence is around 950,000 after his own super. Backed by 60% reduction, I’ll more than take it.
On the 60% support Buu turn, it was 1.15 million.
lol even if he provided no support he’d still be a top unit with 60% dmg reduction with a million defence, and 16 million attacks. the new ssj3 goku doesn’t even have that type of defence the whole fight

Yeah, I still don't think this kid buu is a slot one unit even after seza, his start of turn def is just too low. Love him in slot 2 next to buuhan though, so good!

5:19 what's weird is that they actually do that for dokkan events.
For example, in Janemebas dokkan's event, the transformed TEQ Gogeta will show up on the list of characters that do extra damage, even though you can't actually see him in the box.

I just got back into Dokkan again after a few months break, and I remember sharing some concepts in the Dokkan Reddit about Super EZAs before they were official about 1.5-2 years ago. I was clowned on, and now look at super EZAs now being some of the best units in the game
I'm glad he only needs to be hit 4 times to build up. You can give him dodge without worrying about it ruining a game.
Dokkan has been KILLING it with the kits lately. Animations have also been banging, with the slight exception of LR ulthan’s active skill. Year 9 is lookin real good rn
To really calculate what Phy Kid Buu does, you first look at his stats in battle, then you add the crazy support he does on rotation, and that will be his true value. Kid Buu may very well be the best SEZA we have so far, and because he is firstly a support-based unit, he may very well stay relevant the longest.
I just did a very easy no item run with the new dokkanfest Buus team in the Kid Buu red zone with Kid Buu and Buuhan together on rotation. Kid Buu got me down to about 50k health and the team just healed it all back up through passives and links. This team is nuts.
it's like Truth said, if the boss doesn't one shot you, you can't die with the Majin Buu team

i dont believe any link gives more stats but not many BBB characters are good rn so its not easy to always have active
Maybe I’m in the minority but I’d love to see for anniversary a major villain only celebration. Like imagine dokkanfest DKP and carnival lr kid buu then Carnival lr Goku black and Dokkanfest omega with a bunch of side banner units for each. Just imagine how nice it would be to have 4 big bad bosses headline giving major buffs to a bunch of dead teams and some good side banner units to strengthen their teams even further. Also they could do some good f2p units for some of the other big bosses like mercenary Tao pilaf raditz frieza cell baby super 17 any of the movie bosses. Just let us feast when it comes to bosses for once. We need so many extreme units it ain’t funny.

I always find it odd how people try to use age as an excuse for units not performing the best, yeah he’s a 2015 unit but his SUPER eza is in 2024 so when he came out is irrelevant

i definitely feel like its relevant when thinking about how he should be performing since chances are higher people have a 2015 character than a brand new dokkanfest, being runnable at all is the most we should be hoping for but these super ezas have been better than some dokkanfests

Its a cool nice ability to have, helps a bit, nothing game breaking about it in the slightest though
He kinda over hypes the support but the support kid buu gives is easily better than the support from the gamas due to it being less limited.

While Gammas unconditionally just gives 50% to the literal best units in the entire game
So the support abilities are easily comparable, yet one he treats like a cute little add-on for the gammas, and the other he treats like some game breaking ability that fundamentally changes the game somehow (???)

i beat the buuhan stage with him. he and bulma under 21s leader omega buffed my buuhan with like 150 support or something and buuhan was dropping 26 mill with 1.8 mil defense (79%). I love this kid buu
I feel like this buu would work more on a crit build more than the dodge build but I could understand if not. Anyways this unit is a monster, good stuff Truth.

I had him 55% level 10 links, I spent 300 Red Coins to get his two dupes. Worth it
So 330k jumps up to like 1.150 Mil Defense post supering, Not bad with 60% DR and knocking out 20 Mil Supers with 50%+ Chance To Crit!!

I think the problem why people discredit kid buu is the stat they gain from the support is not really clear in thier eyes so they deem it as “unreliable” “inconsistency” that kinda thing.
thankfully if they watch this video(yeah if that watch it) the difference is huge because of LR Buuhan stat instantly jump to 930k defense when he’s not really stack that much yet so Kid buu existence alone give Buuhan around 400k defense to Buuhan and give Fat buu around 200k defense in that turn.
Recommended build? Only have him at 55% since I coined him but I hope he gets put on banners (which is unlikely, but I can hope)

Were they really worries about giving a tiny bit of extra stats to non awakened classless SSRs or something?

Tried him out myself and all he was doing was 4.5 mil supers but he tanked post super well. His support made Buuhan look pretty good but thats all I saw. He isn't all that crazy from my point of view.
