City Vendor Appeals To CC For Sympathy As Parts Of Capital Declared No Vending Zones

One city vendor is appealing for a little more discretion and sensitivity from the Castries Constituency Council as the CCC moves to clear Castries sidewalks of vendors. Castries Central MP Richard Fredrick has gone to great pains to explain to vendors that the CCC is not obligated to provide alternative vending sites to hawkers but at least one vendor is appealing for time to find an alternative spot to sell from.
