5:54 According to the rulebook "Draw cards as indicated on your mama card BEFORE gaining resources from your papa card".
You didn't draw an Automa card in the very first turn for Winter.
You didn’t lose 1 vp for using the scholar winter visitor card.
Great game although -1vp for the scholar, but still you won.
Thanks for watching closely enough to catch that! I count on y’all to critique my rule following to help me improve my game. It’s honestly a perk of the channel 😁
This was the Automa Factory's first. It put them firmly on the map. Wingspan may have come next; hence the similarity.
You never lost the victory point for taking both actions with the Scholar. You got it back when you neglected to take the Windmill VP for planting the Syrah. (Two wrongs make a right?) I think you missed a VP for the earlier planting (from the Windmill), and again for the Cabernet (plantings in different years, so you should have taken them). In solo play, you cannot take the same action twice (the Grande couldn't take the second fill order)...
They definitely had several come out between Viticulture and Wingspan but there’s no doubt this original automa formula works really well.
Thanks for watching, xix1326!
Also some really good points on the gameplay. Thanks for watching close enough to catch all that! Should help me improve my play in the future 😁
Where do I get that shirt?
