Iâm a US citizen and we have the worst healthcare/education. I wish I could afford to move to Sweden! Iâve been learning Swedish for awhile now. You are so blessed to live in Sweden!
Hey dear đ greetings to you!!!
yeah like 60 thousand for just one year of school are you KIDDING ME! and they get it all for free? i'm ready to pay extra taxes if it means free school what in the hell.
Elijah Jackson completely agree! Everyone deserves education and healthcare. So many Americans are in student loan debt!! Most canât afford homes. I just heard on the news recently that 58% of millennials are living with families and roomate because they canât pay the debt off. College here is a scam..
You are welcome to move to Sweden, we have a lot of space and are generally friendly to foreigners.
Worst healthcare and education ? Education is up to you, it all depends how you organize your life.
Tina: Swedish people are mostly introverted.
Me: omg. I would fit perfectly.
winwin _wonk itâs like that almost anywhere nowadays.
đ
I swear Iâve been watching Swedish videos and now Iâm ready to move there.
Isla Love Haha yeah Sweden is a pretty nice country, especially during the summers :)
omg me too!! since January I'm taking a lot of information about Sweden and I really want to move đ€©đ€©
@@tinasarafinas4962 I'm a us citizen what can I do to move down there ? Can I get your email
Personally, Iâll be moving to Norway, but Sweden seems nice as well.
@@solivagant1170 is not that easy to live there, difficult to find job or an apartment. People are so cold, difficult to make friends, I live in Norway so I know what I'm talking about, but you can try .
I'm a swede and I have been to Tanzania, Moshi, Arusha, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro. The greatest travel of my ilfe back in 1991.
Welcome back next time. I am Tanzanian, I have been to Ăstersund, Stockholm and Uppsala

Was there too in 1993 and 2013 (except Moshi). Amazing country and nature.
My parents are both from Tanzania but I was born and raised in the USA. I love Sweden and hope to move there one day; both Sweden and Tanzania have such interesting, sort of insular, cultures and breathtaking landscapes. :)
@@jennifermrope1577 IÂŽn these times I think you have to talk to the swedish emabassy in Tanzania or Kenya.
This has been super helpful! Thanks for uploading. :)
Great video and you gave me lots of useful insight. Thanks!
Hey do!! I was in Sweden in March to April 2017 doing a foreign exchange program from the states! I definitely made more European friends than Swedish friends, which made me a bit sad. But overall a great experience. Fell in love with FIKA and Swedish cinnamin buns! I wish the coffee was as good in the states and I wish we had FIKA. Compared to NY subway system, the Swedish system was a godsend, I was never late anywhere for those 2 months, except 1 morning. Plus sweden has an amazingly long paternity and maternity leave, and they give women 3 free sessions of IVF . LOved it there, and would go back for another visit!!
I will join you if you invite me đ
Wow the Paternity vacation is just wow
I visited Sweden just last month and the introvert thing is so accurate đ
Great video! I'm a transplanted Swede living in the USA, & I'd LOVE to move back!
Is not that easy to live in Sweden, difficult to find job or an apartment, and people are so cold, difficult to make friends.
@Barbara yup
@Barbara she literally addressed this in her video
Dear Augustus. That is the understatement of the year about Swedish people being difficult to get to know. I have had a Swedish roomate for two and a half years. We have adjoining bedrooms but communication, especially in the morning is a challenge. He prefers that I call him on my phone as he doesn't like to talk before noon
Loved your video ! Thank you for all this information !
Hi from Colombia, that you very much, your video was really useful and informative :D
This is a very organized and concise video. Nicely done!
Your english is perfect!
Frody L thank you đ
I've never met a Swede who didn't speak perfect English. It's intriguing.
Susan Boyle ,,,,come on people,,,,they learn English language at school
Right I had to really listen hard to hear an accent.
simbakafiri she said she was born and also raised in Sweden. Hence she is Swedish
Nice & informative video. Coming to Sweden in August for a couple months . looking forward to it.
Mzansi stand uuuup! đ„đ„đ„
Hahaha, the Swedish uniform. I worked in Sweden for a while, shooting commercials, but my home base was London. It was amazing flying back to Stockholm from London and seeing how everybody on set looked pretty much exactly the same. I loved it though, made a bunch of friends.
OMG at first I thought you were gonna change the language of your channel xD

Hello from the US! You are so beautiful, by the way! Thank you for teaching me a bit about life in Sweden. I have high hopes of traveling there one day!
Oh wow you have a Tanzanian heritage? Habari đ
As someone who hopefully will be moving to Sweden this autumn I like almost everything I have researched (boy! I have consumed a lot on youtube): the health care system, the calm/introverted nature, the nature (lakes, greenery), waste management, English proficiency, Fika & all. The only fear I have is the housing system hassle...from what I have been hearing...it's giving me shivers
Your skin is glowing. You must have a great skin care regimen
or great genes
Learned several facts! Thanks! May I suggest lowering your camera or raising yourself when recording....
My grandma is Swedish & my mom is half Swedish & Mexican and when I was 16 I started to learn Swedish because I wanted to get into a little bit of my background I had it all planned, after I graduated i wanted to get a job then I wanted to be fluent in the language and understand and then I planned on moving but it never happened, Iâm 19 I still got time but I just thought Iâd put it out there lmao
Oh thank you, that was really informative thanks a bunch đ
from the looks of your culture ........it's best to " love america " from there.............to visit Sweden , is something i'd love to do , thanks for sharing...............
Where has your channel been hiding all this while? Love your personality. I def agree with most things you said tho. This coming from someone whoâs lived in Africa and now in Sweden.
Maggie Pegg haha glad you found my channel! Yeah we have our special little things that we do in Sweden đ
Maggie Pegg ,,,she was probably born in swenden,,,...most of these young ladies n guys are born in dat country,,,
Maggie Omotayo I see by your name that you are Nigerian. Iâm also Nigerian currently live in Nigeria, I am looking at relocating to Sweden with my family. Can you please give me some guidelines on how I will go about it? Also what are home prices like over there? For instance, what would it cost to buy a stand alone house that has 3 bedrooms? Thanks in advance.

You made my view clear about sweden
Hej i live in Sweden as a black citizen but Sweden is literally for swedes,it means there is insane discrimination in job and other areas also. Even you can educate for free and became a doctor and finally at the end you don't have a first priority placement of job due to black skin color. And now am planning to move on to USA for great fortune
USA doesn't seem the best place for great fortune..
I just searched black people in Sweden... Your opinion is my my first impression. đ
Me too. I'm interested but scared cuz I don't think I'll make friends because I'm an introvert. And I was hoping that she'd touch on the racism rate because I'm not liking what I've been seeing or hearing so far. If anyone knows, can you inform us please? Thanks in advance.
She is black? Didnât notice that until you pointed it out. I am Swedish and thatâs mostly how we are.
How have I lived 8 years in Stockholm and not seen this?? Tina, your insights are "klockrena"!
You are so pretty!!
So helpful! Tack!
Very good job on the video, helped me so much.
I am learning something, thanks.

Hi everyone trying to learn swedish out there!! ;)
2 quick questions for you guys:
1. As someone trying to learn swedish, what are the 2 biggest issues you're dealing with?
2. Regarding learning swedish, what would you wish for, more than anything else?
Would be really interesting to know :) - looking forward to reading your answers!
Everything
Sweden is the best in terms of popular music in Scandinavian Countries, that's one thing I observed.
Great video. Its school free for international students too
Great insight for this video. I plan on visiting soon :)

linda bw Hej gumman!! Kul att du hittade hit till min kanal đ
Damn... Not sure if I'm Swedish at all. :)
I think, perhaps, that I was supposed to have been born in a tropical climate somewhere. You know where lose fitted linen pants and a tank top is your everyday gear. Where you can wear flip-flops to ANY occasion, and where the height of fashionable dressing - like, for a wedding or something - would mean putting a semi buttoned white linen shirt on top of that tank top. :D
Great Video! I love learning about other cultures. You're very beautiful
Thank you for this amazing video
Glad you liked it!
Me and my kids are going to visit Sweden . But what are good cities to visit ?
Yngwie Malmsteen is the greatest guitarist of All time.. From Stockholm, Sweden as well. Im interested in Scandinavian countries. Seems like Y'all have it made!
Hi Tina! Thanks for the information.
I haven't checked your other videos yet, but I'll still ask. lol
How can I apply for a scholarship in Sweden?
Which are the requirements to apply for a Swedish temporal residency?
Which are the major industries in Sweden? I would like to know if i could actually work with my chosen career in Sweden.
Do companies usually hire foreigners?
What would you recommend before learning swedish?
I'm just 14 years old, but since a few years ago, I've dreamt of moving to Sweden. I'm Salvadorian, universities don't offer exchange programs, so i'll have to find an institution that could grant me an opportunity to study in Sweden at least for some time.
I speak three languages, i'm interested in volunteering and I have distant relatives who emigrated to Sweden a long time ago (my grandaunt) and other whom were born there (my first cousins once removed and my second cousins). Could these help me to apply?
Thanks for your help!
Question, I follow a few black female youtuber's living in prodominantly caucasian countries. They seem to have very similiar takes on their experiences. Do you find that it is easy to have a social life and date in your country? Do you feel you're accepted socially in your country?
Do you have a woodpecker or a telex machine?
Nah...she just has command of several languages. A quick, sparkling intellect. And happens to be drop dead GORGEOUS with an adventurous spirit.
yah I hear it too. I think its just the music.
So lucky to have free schooling, especially university. i am early 30s and still paying back student loans for college from my 20s. i would go for the phd if i lived there. i wonder if i move there will it be free or only for citizens?
Good explanation in your videođ
Hellen Samwel thank you darling đ
Wow the education system is awesome.
@Hungary #1 Uhhh what's your deal lol? People are being positive don't be a jerk.
It's quite bad compared to our neighbours
@@alper8966 But amazing compared to the rest of the world.

Is the idea of not being open to small talk true? If so, I'm in trouble because as a Canadian we are extremely open and chat with everyone. I am a chef and hope to work in Sweden in a smaller area like Gotland or somewhere along the sea. I have always been fascinated with Sweden because of ice hockey, Husqvarna and of course ABBA. We are use to long cold winters too.
How are the prices for iPhones,TVs, Macbooks? Can you buy stuff from amazon?
NÀr jag skall förklara ordet lagom för nÄgon frÄn ett annat land brukar jag oftast referera till mat och att all mat pÄ bordet skall rÀcka "lag om". SÄ ta inte för mycket och inte för lite :-)
Very nice video⊠thank you for sharingâŠ. and Iâm definitely on timeđ
First i thought it was my stomach klicking (Dont ask why) haha! Love your video!
I saw videos about sweden on paul joseph watson's channel. Is there anything to be worried about living there?
i cant wait to visit some day
Wonderful video :)
I was born and raised in the Netherlands and I'm so done with this country. Alot of young people who are born and raised here are craving to leave. Whenever I can leave, I would and I am going to Sweden to live in Nature since we barely have that. I'm trying to learn as much as I can so adapting won't be too hard. I really can not wait!
What type of music do you guys listen too?
Would be nice to see some pictures support your opinion.
I visited Sweden years ago and i find the place very boring , depressing weather.I had to quickly ran back to my base.
Very depressing indeed, I'm African, I know what you talking about.
Africa sweet home COME TO GERMANY PARTY WITH THE LOCALS
Watched a handful of your videos, your submissions are concise and balanced...do you write/own a blog? Interested in reading anything you've written about. Thanks.
Iâm researching Sweden for a possible move. Thanks for sharing.
Natural Girl Pretty of course! Glad you liked it âșïž
In 50 years there will be more not swede than swedish peoples (whites) in Sweden. Now that's what I call colonism.
I will proberly move to Sweden in a few years. I love the cold climate and the blonde blue eyed beautiful Swedish women. They are so beautiful. Thank you for the video â€
hhh keep in mind the depression and long dark winter , one million people on anti depressive medicine , rasicm is in every level in society, education, job and even social relationsships
The United States? Cause that sounds like the United States.
Antoinette Gross iâm getting that vibe too 0_O
I'll bite on the racism part. Let's try the counterfactual approach. Which culture in this world will readily cede its land, fortunes, job market, traditions, identity and public safety over the span of two generations, without having some occasional expressions of resentment and in-group consolidation take place as a result?
We are a culture at the edge of the secular-individualist-expressive ID scale. We're currently busy pushing in a new demographic, overwhelmingly from cultures of the polar opposite type, maxed out on the religious-collectivist-survival markers. General education level is low. It's an unprecedented and irreversible reshaping of our future as a people, and a huge strain on our state, as we give away tax money and get segregation (our fault), gang shootings (our fault), bombings (our fault) and torture rape of minors (our fault) in return. Which to many comes as an understandable shock given the peaceful, modern, non-judgemental and crime-free state of the Somali, Syrian and Afghan etc societies we are hinging our own future on today. All while we lecture ourselves and take lectures from others, that we a) suck, b) have little to no moral right to demographic self-preservation, in a world with 1000-fold our population and c) will come out of the demographic experiment smelling like a midsummer meadow, given how everybody loves our Swedish model. And, closeted bigots that we are, we continue voting for more of this exciting migration pattern to this day, under the racist banner of global solidarity.
I note how Saudi Arabia, Hungary, Japan and China have fortress-like border policies, and in return have much fewer people enter there to tell them about their racist ways, on some quota-based public radio channel. I can't wait to asylum-migrate myself. just so I can blame the host country for not fulfilling my fantasy-laced expectations, like any normal desperate refugee would.
I do encounter a good many foreigners these days, who clearly (sometimes demonstratively) didn't come here for their deep love and respect for us, but rather for things that we have and that they have their sights on. And we were kindof here first, something peoples across time and place tend to make a fuss about when push comes to shoves. Which in turn makes them racist provided their pigmentation correlates to a temperate or polar latitude.
But sure be my guest - keep spreading the word. Sweden sucks and Swedes suck so don't come here. If you want to walk the extra mile and launch a rescue mission to retrieve some like-minded hostile dwellers stuck in our depressive mire as well, feel free to knock your self out.
I understand what you say completely, and it's not racist at all.i'm so sorry about the crimes you mentioned.can you say what is the general attitude toward someone who moves there for work, respects the culture, speaks swedish, doesn't expect anything handed to them?
PS:I had never heard that Swedes were racist.
@@perarheim1255
in short, iq matters. police stats matter. a bunch of swedes makes sweden. a bunch of somalis makes somalia.

Your subway system is late? You won't wanna try the MTA,I always leave a half hour early to make sure I'm never late.
What I am really curious about is, do swedish people judge others who don't wear the "swedish uniform"?
You are beautiful... I like the fact about sweden nice update
Good story about Sweden
You're very sympathetic and pretty. Here in Denmark I never notice problems with blacks - most Danes go for the personality - and you're so sweet. Same as in Sweden, I suppose. I myself have 2 "kids" (now 19 boy and 18 girl) with my ex-wife from Cuba, black. They never have problems with their color here. All depends on your personality - life is secure here, with people caring like in Sweden. They have loads of friends. Never care about the color - they never think about it - only when their friends or I myself joke about it - like we joke with anything else like about people from Jutland. Lovely to live here in Scandinavia :-) (Finn-Denmark)
Looking to move to Sweden in the next 8 years... for someone with southern American roots would you recommend Sweden, Finland, or Denmark??
Thank you.
Nice! Thx for sharing! Tip: lock the focus of your camera and use it in manual mode - so you will not have this noise of the lens found in and out focus anymore. Keep up with the good vids. Cheers,
