Sounds like the organisation was a real sh!t show, but at least you got most of what you wanted. The only time I've done a Diamond Pass was (I think I've told you this before) with Brian Blessed. I got lucky as it was the first post lockdown Con, so I think they must've undersold passes to keep numbers down. Although I had originally planned to meet Alice Cooper and Jessie Usher (A-Train in The Boys) but they both cancelled. Brian was the nicest person ever, chatting away. His wife was there as his ears as he's slightly hard of hearing, but he took time to talk to everyone and he wasn't letting anyone rush him. I'm with you also on dedications with the signature. I'm getting it to keep, not sell on. It's a momento of the time I met the celeb!! Memories also of the photo queue and the way it was just a conveyor belt. It was literally a horseshoe with Brian at the top of the arch. You sat on the chair next to him, 1-2-3-snap, get up and your photo was printed. I had to have mine reshot as Brian had shut his eyes! 😂. With you also on LFCC being the better of the Cons. Went to MCM and it paled into significance. The quality of guests at LFCC was far superior. Debating going to the nest one. Cost, guests and clashing with footie all factors.
Hey fella great comment as always…I am toying with LFCC Winter and MCM autumn…but the summer LFCC was overall very good it’s just that organisation….!!! I’ve heard that about Brian Blessed before Jason who I went with often says what a great bloke he is as he’s met him also…he does seem like the sorta fella who won’t be rushed tho lol…what football team do u support? I’m spurs not sure if I’ve mentioned that…anyway there is a massive backlash with LFCC over the organisation I see they put out an official announcement yesterday over shoddy treatment of some of the stars…I need to see some of The Boys cast that’s deffo on my wish list 👍
@@LeroyScrewballs official doctors words when I was ten and literally only a couple feet tall XD ,why isn't he growing,I remember mom saying. lol I had a complicated journey with doctors, usually with them being confused,or being vague if I was having health issues, stories I don't usually bother people with haha
I'd like to know how that one stall sold legit weapons at a con 😅 great pick ups, next time I'd definitely recommend picking up some paint pens for the autographs, If I wasn't running about in the morning and I'd found you before I'd have lent you mine. Tel woke up too late, he was texting me asking how the queues were while I was eating my lunch 😂 I'm very surprised none of us are ill in any way to be honest with the ridiculous amount of people shovelling about.
Yeah that must have been a covid hotspot mate was ridiculous…I never had a choice with Christopher Lloyd and Katee just asked if blue was ok…I think they’re all fine and the fact Katee asked if blue was ok makes a nice little story on that one… 👍
Pmsl yes the burger wait was mental and it was £12 for a burger, chips and a can of drink…!!! The £2.50 for a can of drink all day was a little annoying
