I'm a licensed cosmetologist but also a Theater major, and all around artist. I'm always looking for ways to do something simpler. This rose would be easily sewn and put on attire vs a folded ribbon style. If I was making a costume needing several roses, for a lasting rose, this would work better. I wonder what it would look like if you did a loose braid... then pull out 1 side of the braid that can be the pedals OR the opposite, the side that sewn. Would it look like a Rose opening a bit? And/or the opposite?
Anyhow, to do multiple braid fast, is super easy, especially if you use 1 long braid then stitch 2 rows ever so often then cut between them. I also thought that if 1 side of the braid pulled out would make it easier to sew together. Then attached to dress or even hats.
That might give you some other idea's to expand on just this 1 simple thing.
Ppl might like to see a longer lasting way vs glues. Ppl make har, clothing and even items on purses, head/hair items etc. Durable, washable, atleast gently washed.
You speak great English, but if your not in the States, it might be cheaper to buy certain items there vs here.
