Got to fisherman’s horizon and it instantly took me back to 14 years old. Playing PS in my room. Suns going down and everything outside of orange. Moms poking her head in the door to ask me if I’m hungry. I’m escaping into the game because I’m stressing out about going to school the next day because I honest to god believed that school was going to be the biggest problem in my life. Smh. What is time?

Studying for a project management exam, I came here to have some background music to brush off the boredom of studying. Tons of memories rushed relentlessly to my brain. Spent the coming 2 hours watching videos of FF8... Childhood memories are just a beautiful thing and FF8 is the best of them.

So much memories. I actually loved the game when I was 10 on the ps1. However, I got stuck at some point and rage quit. Came back to the game in my mid 20s and finally completed it. Might be time for another replay...

Two of my absolute favourites in the whole series.
I'm in tears... too much memories to handle. I was so preocupied for my future, I was like 10 or something like that, and this was my main game like for 7 years. School was hard, I had to fight all the time to earn a little respect... Now I'm a surgeon, and are these memories the ones, that make me feel happy again, I want to hug my little me and tell him he is going to make it. FF9, FF8, and so much more on the Ps1. Magical

@@fongfong2758 obviously I liked Squall the most , but I also liked Seifer (I kinda always seen the good aura in him deep in his heart, which proved true cause he helped his friends at the end ✊🏻) …. Its no difference now that im grown…I kinda see myself like the mix of Squall and Seifer 🤣…. Ouuuu yeah I very very liked Laguna and his side of story and life (Kiros and Ward also)
@@serbiano0377 Yes, Squall is so great! 🔥 he is so warm heart person, he makes me remember a old friend, he always being heart warm others, Seifer is also great too! they all are handsome😁

For me, I also like Rinoa most, when I was a child cause by my classmates said that I looked like her, this was the first time I knew this game, after that I tried to play ff8 while I was 17, this was so exciting, when the age achieve as them haha

People have such fond memories of Fishermans Horizon. It was never the song that stuck with me when I played it as a kid. It's not on this list and i dont know how well it would transfer as a LoFi song, but The Extreme was always my personal favourite.
