Modern gaming can kiss it at this point. This is ridiculous, I have this game on a disc and shouldn't have to do all of this just to play a campaign. I'll stick with my old games until they no longer work.

My question is: can it be because I don't have the Activision account? If I create one, will my problem disappear? I'm new to CoD so please go easy on me. 😅
What if the add-ons list-it only shows one pack for multiplayer and nothing for campaign? That’s what is happening to me. Checked the PSN store and could not find any of the campaign packs in there either. I can’t even find the campaign packs to download on the game or PSN store. Anybody have a fix? Thanks!

I still had the issue so i installed the game in the main disk (not external) After that create an activion account Enter the game and press the R3 button to manage the installs and install the campaign and special ops compatability pack. Done.
The pack I need is on the disc: multiplayer pack 1, campaign pack 1 and 2. I know this vid is old but I just got this problem today. I had to do a fresh install of the game today in fact, because I upgraded my hdd. Only problem is the new COD CW and WZ season 1 patch take over the installation of the physical disc one. So those 3 pack I need from the disc is not getting install. I don't know what to do. I install every other pack for MW and nothing. Can't play campaign or multiplayer. On the information page, those 3 pack show up as ? in the box as well. I sent them a bug report as well but man it like they abandon the game already. Oh and I tried deleting and reinstalling everything over. That about 180gb each 2x and about 8hr of my time wasted. Same issue that new season 1 patch is forcing itself over the disc installation.
@@elijahhaltterland8672 Well for me, I happen to still have my original ps hdd that had COD MW on it that worked normally. So what I did was made room on my external hdd. Put the original ps hdd back into the ps. Copy the cod mw game over to the external hdd. Took the old internal hdd back out and put the new one back in. I could of played the game that way, but for me I wanted my COD MW in my internal hdd for faster load times and things like that. So I move the game from the external hdd back into the new hdd that I replace. I than redownload the pack that you can get from the add-on area one at a time in number order like pack 1,2,3,4 ect ect and install it one at a time as well. That seem to fix it for me. Note even after the move my coop mode was stuck on installation suspended Installing the spec ops pack 1 and than 2 fix that for me..
Guys just restart ur license and enter the game after that enter the campaign and automatically the game would send u to the PlayStation store when u can download the data pack 1
I just got this game last week it was downloading everything and when I go to campaign mode it said Needs a DLC or data pack 1 or 3 So right now I don't know what else to do
