****If I may give my unwarranted advice, spend some time "practicing" how to groove. some of you still a bit stiff when dancing. (assuming you don't do grooving session before practicing) hopefully, you dont take this negatively.
Minor details
0:09 I know you guys are following a certain concept. But maybe follow what Dean has done with his head movement. looking up, then following the hand while going down. just to stretch this comment, see if the front two guys should touch their hearts instead after the "reach" and face the front (while looking down) - add more attitude to your entrance, expressions are pretty dull and look meek. "marching" is always associated with the word "strong"
1:37 everyone except the leader of the line should look to their left, with their hands clearly behind their back.
1:40 everyone should spread out even more and quick!. should make a bigger movement but sharp.
2:39 is the best part. everyone got groove & attitude here!
2:52 i like the slowness but i wonder if the movement should double time like the double base drum?
I guess overall everyone is pretty sharp with some areas needed some practice like not looking where you're going. practicing should give you confidence that you will be in your position no matter what, and the effect should make you look sharper. maybe bigger movements on choreos that need it to go big (anything with your legs or arms reaching out is consider a bigger movement for example)
Truee kay Dean. Sobrang naa-appreciate ko talaga facial expressions niya lalo na yung dance movements niya. You can see he's comfortable and very confident kaya di ka rin kakabahan while watching him.

2. More emphasis on their movements (kulang pa sa pitik)
3. Complexities in their steps like lifting etc. (simple moves can also create a big impact as long as all of your are synchronized)
