Quick and Easy Strawberry Tiramisu Recipe - Perfect Summer Dessert

Strawberry Tiramisu (no raw eggs, no alcohol, no coffee)
Ingredients:
- Ladyfingers - 1 pack (25 pieces) (7 oz)
- Mascarpone - 250 g (8.8 oz)
- Heavy cream 33% - 250 ml (1 cup)
- Strawberries - 650 g (1.4 lbs)
- Powdered sugar - 100 g (3.5 oz)
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla
Recipe:
1. Blend 600 g (1.3 lbs) of strawberries with sugar until smooth. Reserve 50 g (1.8 oz) of strawberries for decoration.
2. Beat the cream with a mixer until it reaches a creamy consistency, adding mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
3. Dip the cookies into the strawberry puree.
4. Layer the cookies in a dish and drizzle some strawberry puree over them.
5. Spread half of the cream mixture on top.
6. Repeat the layers once more.
7. Refrigerate for a few hours (I left it overnight).
