I love when chef Tom impresses himself! Great job chef
Right?! He's not easily impressed!
This video is again a good proof why this channel is my favorite bbq youtube channel - great piece of meat and great Job Chef Tom 👍👍👍
Thanks!
As somebody who watched a lot of Jamie Oliver videos previously, it's soo refreshing to finally see a chef use the term TABLESPOON right when it comes to measuring olive oil!
Just back home from the South Beach wine and food where we saw chef Tomand I specifically asked him for more kamado joe recipes. Just a huge thank you to you Chef Tom! This recipe looks great and I will try it this week for sure!
Wow! I bet that was a good time! We love cooking on the KJ!

Petite in size but big on taste. Awesome video.
10:44 "just look at the juice, just pouring out of there. Nice pink in the center." Thats what i tell my wife........when i cut my steaks.. Great cook Chef!
They look like mini tri-tips, cant wait to try this cut!
SO good!
Great video! With St Patrick’s Day coming up maybe y’all could try some corned beef and cabbage or coddle? I know these are Scottish but Scotch Eggs and haggis would be pretty interesting on a smoker. Love the channel and your recipes!
Great recommendations! A Scottish Egg would be fun!
I’ve been told you can’t get or make authentic haggis in the U.S. due to laws against using sheep lung. However, I still think a video on smoking “American haggis” would be awesome. Plus it would definitely make my wife and kids freak out 😂
mouth watering... I may also try that Colonial Chili Crunch on my Tri Tip...
No doubt, that would be great. Thanks for watching!
Hey thats awesome, Kozliks is from TO!
Too bad you guys do not deliver in Europe, there's definitely multiple things I'd buy in the store if I could.
Me too 👍👍👍
Gonna have to try that Chile Crunch!
It's really good! And lasts a long time: www.atbbq.com/sauces-and-rubs/sauces/condiments/chile-colonial-chile-crunch-condiment.html
This man is gunna make me begin to grill on my bbn little porch. But I cant afford those fancy grills :(
Hey Tom!, I make a lot of your recipes for my team at work. Since one of my team members is Vegan!, what and how can I smoke somthing she can enjoy with us other than smoked Caulifower.
That's a legit brim bend there
Pulled at 125, what did they come up to? 130?
So how does one get their hands on such a cut of beef?
Try your local butcher! You know how it works-- now that you've seen this video, you'll probably notice
it everywhere.
Piedmontese Beef sells Petite Tenders, been buying them for a couple years. They're 10oz each. Very tender & tssty.
Went to creekstone farms website, could not locate this cut of beef for sale...
They sell Petite Tenders at Piedmontese Beef mail-order.
I feel like I haven't seen Chef Tom in a while. I've tried to watch Chef Britt's videos but it's not the same.
I was hungry thanks for making me a sub ;)
Dripping Dripping Dripping...then he smiles...😂😂😂
Chef Tom...Think we need to see some Viet Cajun Crawfish, it's getting close to that time of the year and there's nothing wrong with twisting things up.
“That’s nice”
Can you make a Mango habanero grilled wings video?
Dude, great video and great recipe!
But you HAVE to do something about the highway in the background...
That noise is incredibly annoying!
They could ask the city of Wichita to move the main east/west downtown street (Douglas) to a different part of town, but I'm not sure they'd go for it. ;)
What was that plop plop I heard? Oh, it was just drippin’.
Looks like he overcooked it so he couldnt rest it for long enough, Hence the pool of blood underneath. On a positive note the cut of meat looks good
Dang. nice job, but I wish you weren't getting the word out about this hard to find and cheap cut. Aint gonna be cheap for long!
Salt and pepper yo. Let the beef taste like damn beef.
HEY! why do you show us a cut of beef? And where you got them. That does not sell them. Thanks for nothing. Numbnuts!
