With ~4000 patients and the large number of ingredients, would it be possible to design an experiment capable of showing significant results (in the mathematical sense)? It would be nice to have a more detailed study of the separate compounds, and in vitro work looking at possible mechanisms of action, and now that this ancient practice has been shown to work there's a more solid basis for applying for research funding to get these
