    Great video - very informative. That reeling in with a centrepin tip is a gem.

    I never thought I would have any use for Bologwatsits floats until watching this. Must get a couple and some nails now. Good video, thanks.

    Using a masonry nail under the Avon float with a small swivel below this was a revelation in Angling Times last week thank you Mark!

    This is a good informative video. I just wish Mark would produce more of the same. The narrative is excellent and always interesting. Please Mark, why nothing else?

    common sense fishing that works the fish are not bothered how expensive your gear is its the last foot of lines and the bait ,on the end the high end stuff is to catch the angler ,apart from poles you get stronger and lighter having to hold them for hours even top end tire you out ,i use rods where possible ,,nice tips mark ,,

    Ah the roach! "Otter food" is its new name in East Anglia!

    • @chrisguygeezer
      @chrisguygeezer Před 6 lety +1

      It's not the otters that have done for the roach, it's the cormorants, nitrates and insecticides. Otters favour barbel and carp, as they are generally bottom dwelling fish and that's where otters hunt.
