And just like that, it is time again. Time to fetch the bag from the attic, time to dust down the spikes and stock up on suncream and deep heat, long summer cider evenings and the unmistakable sound of leather on willow, it can only mean one thing - It's time for cricket!
Welcome back for the first game of the 2023 season, sadly the UK and most of Sussex decided it needed a watering last weekend so our first league match of the season was rained off, but fortunately managed to squeeze in a Sunday game.
I have left Eastbourne CC and moved to a new club: East Dean & Friston CC 'The Tigers' is where I will now ply my trade. It has to be on of the most picturesque grounds in UK and also a great bunch of lads! Really looking forward to the season ahead and if you have read this far, thank you, I appreciate you.
