I have so enjoyed watching your vlog after finding it just a few weeks ago. I have gone back and watched a lot of your progress and am in awe how one person can create such beauty! I live in Tennessee and have a log cabin in the Cherokee Mountain area that my Dad and Grandad built back in the 80's. I find going there restores my soul in some way. The isolation, the peace, the creek babbling in front of the cabin - it all just brings me so much joy. Seeing you in your own homestead enjoying the same things a world away brings a smile to my face.

Nice video. You're getting better on the flute. I own three Native American flutes. If you blow to hard, you get the squeak sound. I haven't played mine in quite awhile.

What was the wine? I would like to try making that.
Glühwein. Stick 15 cloves in a lemon. Simmer that in about a litre water, with a nutmeg nut and 2 or 3 cinnamon sticks, for 2 hours. Take out the stuff. Add 2 bottles of wine and sugar, as you like. Drink very warm.
Oh yes mulled wine silly me. I have an old mulled wine warmer jug as well.
