I was a little all over the place in this vlog because of how life has been lately but since filming this on Friday we have found out the surgery went really well and the recovery is going amazing so far!

Aw I'm sorry to hear about Dean's dad :( my younger brother just passed away on 15 September from a brain injury in a serious car accident. He donated his heart.. so this story really hit me hard! 😭❤️ Such a beautiful thing to do and makes me emotional all the time

Yay for long vlogs!! Sending Dean's dad lots of good healing vibes! My mums best friend passed away from a heart attack! She called her doctor that night and said something wasn't right and they told her to come in the morning and then her son found her on the ground in her room! It breaks my heart so much she was only 57! She was my second mummy and I miss her dearly! Thank goodness he called for help! 20 acres with horses and dogs his place sounds like my dream! Seeing Opey run over Penny was funny they are both so cute! I love animals! Thank you for sharing! You are amazing!
Love your content. I’m an OG subscriber. I love how positive you are being with the unexpected situation and the unknown. I’m a planner too so my anxiety would be sky high. It sux when things happen outside of our control. You’re being very empathetic to the situation. I’m sure you’re very appreciated by dean and his dad!!

Sending love and positive vibes to Deans dad! My dad had a quadruple bypass last year fortunately before he had a heart attack, it’s an extremely stressful time for all family members, it’s a long recovery but I’m so glad he is doing okay!
Oh wow! How did they catch it before he had a heart attack? That is sooo lucky, I’m glad they got it early! Deans dad had a quintuple bypass in the end.. could not believe it! ox
@@CrystalConte He had a dodgy knee for years which was put down to arthritis for years, finally went to a new doctor when it got really bad, they did some digging and he ended up having a staph infection in his knee that would not heal, was admitted to hospital and given heaps of tests, they found a heart murmur and then was sent for a stress test, all arteries were clogged 90% and the doctor basically said he was a ticking time bomb, they tried to put stents in but was unsuccessful so was rushed for a quadruple bypass. It was super stressful but he ended up losing around 30kgs , gave up drinking and is incredibly fit even bike rides 40km! Although he did suffer some anxiety and depression after the op which is apparently pretty common he is almost a year post op and never been healthier even at 63! Its a long road and a massive thing to go through but as long as he has you guys he'll be fine :)
That is so crazy that is started with his knee!! 😯 that’s amazing that he’s doing so well and really fit now at 63! 💗 before the operation they did mention that a few day’s after the op, you will feel depressed and not good at all, so they get a psychologist in. We’re just on the way to see him today, yesterday was day 3 and he was doing bloody amazing.. it was incredible how well he was doing once he got all the tubes out! Anyway, thank you for sharing the story with your dad! Nearly had me in tears reading it to dean! 💗

Sending so many thoughts and prayers for dean's dad. ❤❤ My step dad had a bad heart and had to have a pacemaker, quadruple bypass and suffered many heart attacks. After years of fighting we lost him last year. It's so scary when it involves the heart because it is such an important organ 😟😟

My boyfriend had a Dalmatian. They are beautiful but require training. They can be seen as naughty or mischevious but often that’s just because they aren’t trained. If you train her she will be amazing and Dalmatians are so clever and love agility and can do amazing tricks! She’s such a beautiful looking dog

I'm praying for Dean's dad! My grandfather had two heart attacks years ago and he had surgery too but I don't remember what kind because I was little when they happened. Penny is so cute and I love dalamtians just like you because 101 Dalamtians was the first Disney movie I watched as a child!!!

Hoping Mr Contes recovery is going well. Candles have a memory so if they don’t burn flat to the edge from the get go they will continue to burn downwards if that makes sense. But by the looks of it those wicks were too small for the size of that candle so nothing you can do about it x

Crystal! Just watched this latest vlog and I am sending so much ❤ to you and your beautiful family but also PLS be aware peace lilies are severely toxic to dogs and cats!!!!! Even if you keep it up high, cats will literally seek them out to chew or rub on the leaves.

Lol funny story...this video came up randomly on my suggested videos and i clicked on it cuz i thought it looked like a Dalmatian named penny I follow on Instagram. I click on the video cuz cuteness and then you say “penny” 😳 lol I now found you on CZcams! Penny’s cuteness is unforgettable ❤️❤️
My hubby had a heartache 2 years ago. He had a rare type were the clot went through his heart twice.
My dad had a quadruple bipass, luckily he forced the doctor to do a die test when they were only going to give him pills and see how it worked. He said no there is a serious problem. They did the die test and said he had 4 major blockages and had he waited any longer he would of had a major heart attack and not survived! Thank god he pushed them.

I think the first dog looked sick so it'd be bad to travel with her to go home so she picked the dog that came to her more

My grandma had a quadruple bypass. It took a year for her to get back to normal and she was really healthy and active. It was a huge surprise that it happened.
Oh wow.. I’m so sorry to hear but I’m also glad she’s recovered 💗💗 this was a massive surprise for us as well, he is really fit and healthy for his age.
@@CrystalConte I'll be praying for everyone. Make sure he does the PT they want him to do. Alot of heart patients dont think they need it and try to skip it. I'm so glad he got help fast instead of waiting.

Oh Penny literally looks like my previous dog named Kaisha. She’s so little a petite. My girl was only 20 kgs full grown. Unfortunately my ex took her when we split as I took our other dog. Was so heart breaking. Miss her so much!
Sadly it’s the western diet and lifestyle, CVD is the biggest killer in Australia. People need to wake up and be healthier than they are. Hope he recovers speedily 😪

Dean's dad is very lucky to have you both. Hope he's on the mend really soon. Does Coco eat your plants? Not sure if you are aware as l wasnt, but Peace lilys are toxic to cats. Not sure about dogs.
Coco doesn’t go near our plants! That’s why I made sure to get all non toxic to start with but she has shown zero interest in them 😅 and this one will be in the bathroom on the bench where Penny definitely won’t be able to get to it and Coco doesn’t jump on the benches anyway ox
