Hello , I was born in this town , so I can tell you! Since quite recent only just ,it has the glass , the cage and covering of concrete . Once there was nothing but two "Open air platforms " under the Restaurants , with a little fence only just at the upper ! With no glass & no cage , people had fear of being blown away by the wind , as they were stepping down around the rough concrete of the tower towards the platforms ! Great video !

@@Towers-of-the-Earth it's just that the wind in Vienna can be really, really strong. Especially at that altitude, so it's easy to imagine why people thought they would be literally blown away lol. Nice video!
