    Why is Ras Al Khaimah so promising?
    It will be the first casino in the Middle East. The area is going to change a lot in the next three years. Major UAE developers have already bought land and are starting to actively develop.
    Falcon Island is a project of the developer Al Hamma. The company is owned by members of the Ras Al Khaimah Emirate Council. Completion - end of 2024. And excellent instalment terms - 40% of the cost of the project can be paid after handing over the keys (when you can rent the villa).

    DLD in RAK, how!?

      The RAK equivalent of DLD will apply. It's also 4%, but some developers will subsidize 2% of it, and the other 2% is due at the end of the payment plan rather than at the beginning like in Dubai.
