  • Hello there plane spotters, jet heads, and aviation fans. Terminal plane spotting compilation of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (RPLL) from Terminal 3. ✈
During my return trip from the Philippines, I had a 2 hour window for plane spotting. Terminal 3 is better known for domestic carriers i.e. Cebu Pacific , Asia Air, Philippine Airlines. Just wanted to share local traffic here in the Philippines.

The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Filipino: Paliparang Pandaigdig ng Ninoy Aquino) or NAIA (/ˈnaɪə/), formerly known and still commonly referred to as Manila International Airport (IATA: MNL, ICAO: RPLL) as well as its codename Nichols Field (Nichols), is the airport serving Manila and its surrounding metropolitan area. Located along the border between the cities of Pasay and Parañaque, about 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) south of Manila proper and southwest of Makati, NAIA is the main international gateway for travelers to the Philippines and serves as a hub for AirAsia Philippines, Cebgo, Cebu Pacific, PAL Express, and Philippine Airlines. It is managed by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), a branch of the Department of Transportation (DOTr)

Hi Marx, thanks for the inquiry. This video was produced as a result of a 2 hour window while waiting for my flight to Narita, Japan. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I was not able to do an on site survey to determine the best locations. NAIA gets its fair share of heavies from what I observed while departing or landing in the region. But, hopefully, next year 2019, I will have more time to allocate and do an outdoor plane spotting activity, which I prefer. I've witnessed heavies like Boeing 777s taking off from the runway perpendicular to Terminal 3. Wishful thinking for 2019.

Marlz, this shot was taken from a distance. The plane is located at the PAL hangar. Footage were taken while waiting for my ANA flight to Tokyo at this terminal. Hope that helps.
