Vijaya Kumarathunge on Political Power Decentralization in Sri Lanka

Power Decentralization and Political Devolution in Sri Lanka is now a highly discussed topic . However, in mid 80s , it was a new topics and only few political leaders were willing to talk about it. In this rare interview, Vijaya Kumarathunge shares his argument for power decentralization in order to gain the peace in the country. Just beyond his popularity and looks, Vijaya has demonstrated his political maturity and future orientation even beyond his own generation.
